This property is situated high above the sea in close proximity to the old port of Jávea. The estate is within walking distance of the fishing port and marina of Jávea following the road to the south to the port of Javea. To the north there is a direct route leading to the lighthouse of Cabo de San Antonio from where you get to the link road between Jávea and Denia. To the south of the property (to the front) there is a view opening over the bay of Jávea. In the daytime you can enjoy the spectacular view of the sea while during the night a sea of lights formed by the lit up coastal landscape offers an impressive spectacle. This coastal landscape is the most attractive to the eye that the Mediterranean has to offer. Sandy beaches covered in palm trees are followed by cliff faces rising from the sea. The property is surrounded by the Montgó natural park with pleasant walking trails and spectacular views on the cliffs falling into the Mediterranean.

Villa will be cleaned at the end of rental periode (140€ will be charged for cleaning). Pool (once a week) and Garden maintenance free of charge. *To book a certain period: after reassuring the availability with owner in the desired time period simply book by mail and send 15% of rental price to the owners bank account: (will be sent to you by mail)
