Los Cerezos is conveniently siuated between Alicante and Valencia airports. 100mtres from the first tee of Javea Golf course, (Please remember to bring handicap certificate with you !) Tennis courts and olympic size pool. The Club house and bar serve good meals and drinks. Open all day and night to general public as well as members. Magnificnet views from the terraces. The Villa has been tastefully furnished by the owners and is well equipped.. Accommodation comprises of lounge /diner, glazed naya, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, separate bathroom with bath and shower. Fully fitted,new kitchen and laundry. The lounge has a lovely feature tosca stone fireplace with stone archway, leading to the dining room. There is a kidney shaped pool with roman steps, diving board and outside shower facility. Extensive terraces complete with patio tables, chairs and sunloungers. This Villa has a beautiful stone separate B B Q area with seating. The local village of Benitachell is close by with an assortment of shops, bars and restaurants ( Within walking distance, 1 kilometre)

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Javea is a small fishing town split into three areas. The old Town, The Port and Arenal Beach area. Javea is called the Dawn of Spain due to the fact it is on the most Easterly point and it is the first place the sun rises in the country. The Arenal beach area is surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars, as is Moraira which is equally as close. The beaches are white sand ( Costa Blanca) and extremely safe for children. They will like it here. The climate is recommended by the World Health organisation as being the best in Spain. There are many Fiestas taking place weekly, in the summer months, at local towns and villages on the doorstep. Plus Flamenco nights at many restaurants, The best dinner and floor show, with the largest stage in Europe can be seen at Benidorm Palace. The sandy beaches are safe for children and there is a life guard on duty in the summer months. many trips can be taken from the local travel agents to most towns and cities in Spain. All towns also have a well read tourist office. There are also nudist beaches if you require an "all over" tan!

We liked your house so much we are thinking of buying one in the area!
Exqisite Viila and spoilt for choice with things to do . Ideal house for the holiday we wanted a bit of piece and quiet to unwind for two weeks The quality of the Villa itself meant that staying away from home presented none of the hardships you sometimes have to endure. The kitchen especially was really welcome. We will book again next year!
I arrived from rain soaked England and had a wonderful time, lots of tennis and golf, I feel so much better.
