3 bedroom villa with stunning sea views, private swimming pool with gated terrace (ideal if travelling with young children). Air conditioning in the bedrooms (incl in price 8pm to 10am 30/06/12-31/08/12). The villa will suit families or couples alike and is fully equipped for a relaxing holiday. The villa is your ideal choice for a summer holiday in Javea. Flexible changeover days. Come and go as you please.

Villa Nido was carefully designed to take full advantage of the views down the valley to the sea. These views can be enjoyed from the moment you walk in the front door. Here the entrance hall opens out through a stone arch to the dining area that is separated from the main lounge by another stone arch. The lounge is comfortably furnished and features a beamed ceiling and traditional Tosca stone fireplace. Doors go out from the dining room and lounge to the large covered and arched terrace that runs almost the full length of the villa. This terrace is comfortably furnished with table and chairs and, looking over the swimming pool, takes in the lovely views towards the sea.
Off the main entrance hall to one side is the well equipped kitchen, situated conveniently near to the dining room. Off to the other side of the entrance hall a passage goes to the three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have doors out to the terrace.
The villa is a few minutes (about 5) drive from the lovely Granadella beach where there are a beach bar and restaurants, and there are a couple of well stocked supermarkets about 2 minutes away (in the car).

Further details outdoors:
Steps lead from the terrace down to the private swimming pool that has a paved surround and a delightful covered terrace to one side. The steps are gated at the top, a great help for families with small children. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool. A covered terrace beside the pool is the ideal place for al fresco meals cooked on the portable barbecue, or for just relaxing in the shade. This terrace is furnished with tables and chairs, and there is plenty of room to lie on a sun bed in the shade. There is a pretty, well maintained, garden all around the villa. Table tennis available for hire - please enquire.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Northern Costa Blanca has long been a popular holiday destination for Spaniards and foreigners alike. The area is still famous for its Valencia oranges that are exported all over the world. Within half hour's drive is Benidorm where a fun day out is guaranteed with a visit to Terra Mitica (theme park), Aqualandia (water park), Terra Natura or Mundomar. And in the evening a trip to Benidorm Palace where a spectacular cabaret is performed - not to be missed! Visit Alicante to see the old Castle, or wander around the port. And more locally, enjoy a drive inland to picturesque Guadalest perched high above a lake. The city of Valencia has many monuments well worth a visit and the city is once again host to the European F1 Grand Prix 22nd to 24th of June 2012. Valencia is also a great place to go shopping. And not too far away is Buñol where the world famous 'Tomatina' fiesta is celebrated each year on the last Wednesday of August. It is also possible to visit Barcelona by train in a day!

The Javea / Costa Nova La Marina area

Jávea has long been the destination of choice for discerning visitors who are not interested in mass-market resorts. Holidays in the area centre around the family, and visitors to the area spend hours at their private villa enjoying the privacy and their own company. For those seeking more, the Arenal beach area and the Aduanas Port areas both offer numerous bars and restaurants. There is the sandy Arenal beach, and numerous rocky coves including the beautiful Granadella beach, near to Villa Nido. Boats and pedaloes are available for hire at the Arenal beach. Each year Jávea celebrates several fiestas. Ones not to be missed are San Juan, June 18th to 24th, being the main fiesta of the 'old town'. The last night boasts a terrific firework display and the burning of a 'falla'. During July there is the colourful Moors and Christians festival and 1st to 8th September is the Virgen de Loreto, port fiestas. Not to be missed is the last night, 8th September, the firework display over the fishing port is spectacular.

“Comfortable and homely” We holidayed at Villa Nido with 4 adults and our 3 year old and found it to be a wonderful and peaceful villa. Although it is situated on a steep hill with around a 2 story drop from the wall surrounding the pool to the street below, we were not too worried about our 3 year old as the wall was taller than she was. The villa itself was spacious enough to accommodate us all without feeling like we were on top of one another and the balcony terrace was the perfect place to sip a little vino in the evenings. It is notoriously windy at times in this part of the town but it often brought more relief (from the heat) than aggravation. In all a great villa (and town) to holiday at and I would recommend it highly.

Fantastic Villa overlooking the Med - Villa Nido is beautiful. Situated at the top of a Cap looking out to sea. Very quiet location, ideal to laze in the sun and relax.
Shops and Restaurants close by, but a car is a must. The villa is spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely book this one again, the best we have had in Spain.

Beautiful location, views and excellent villa - We had a lovely time, villa was spacious in a very relaxing setting with excellent sea views. Took some time to find some of the kitchen equipment as there is a hidden draw! Kids really appreciated the Wifi to keep in touch with friends at home. Would love to return to the same villa again.

fabulous - We had yet another fabulous holiday at villa nido .
The view as you walk in through the front door is breathtaking, you unwind and relax,just sitting on the terrace.our 2 daughters both teenagers love it to ,so makes a big difference when all the family enjoy it.Perfect place to unwind and relax.
