Home description
A large 4 bedroom 3bathroom traditional detached villa with everything you could wish for/ . Gound level - Enter from large naya and garden. The spacious lounge is furnshed with comfy sofas and chairs ,sky tv,dvd,video ,hifi a log fire for the cooler night or winter rental and aircon for the hot summer months.From the lounge window views to the landscaped gardens and pool area. From the lounge area is a e dining room which seats 8 people overlooks naya and gardens. A good size Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher,microwave etc that leads to a new conservatory/breakfast room which over looks the large front garden with views to the Montgo mountain.. Hall way leads to 3 further bedrooms 1master/ double with en suite bathroom 2 twin rooms which share a large bathroom all bedrooms have ample wardrobe space ,aircon and over look the gardens. Stairs to lower level where there is a bodega and safe. Stairs to upper level - i. 1st Floor - The master bedroom on the upper floor has aircon and small hifi.A full en suite bathroom plus a large private balcony with table and chairs for 4 people which over looks the Gata Hills- very private This villa has two large gardens ,one has a large lawned area with orange trees.The second garden has matured palm trees and shrubs with a private swimming pool and new outside shower This villa has a large naya partly open and closed has large table and chairs so its ideal for BBQ's .New for 2007 a new brick BBQ with bread/pizza oven.

Javea has wonderful views from the sandy,pebbled beaches to the rugged mountain views of Montgo and the delightful Orange and Lemon groves. Skiing The ski resorts of Valdelinares and Javalambre in the province of Teruel, located 150km. north-west of Valencia are a 2 hour drive away, where you will find a variety of slopes together with two beginners slopes.

Javea has 3 areas The old town which has history and art musuems . The port area which has a pebbled beach, The Arenal which has a sandy beach. .Coast/Beach The award-winning beaches of Denia are a 10 min drive from the villa. Here you will find miles of golden sand, rocky coves and marinas where numerous water-sports can be enjoyed: all-year sailing; wind-surfing; jet and water skiing; scuba-diving centre (courses available), coarse fishing and leisure boat trips down the coast. You can visit Ibiza on one of the fast ferries from Denia port.
Golf The closest golf course is situated within the La Sella resort itself, set in the grounds of the 5 star Marriot Spa Hotel it offers a Jose Maria Olazabal designed 18 hole championship course, par 72, and 6072m in length. There is a driving range and pro shop next to the clubhouse, buggies are available and tee off times can be booked on 0034 966454252 (A club certificate is required to play). Situated next to Montgo Natural Park, La Sella Golf Club offers a balanced course, suitable for all levels of play.The relaxed atmosphere and Mediterranean climate allows golfing enthusiasts to enjoy the facilities all year round. In addition to this excellent course there are two other high quality courses close to Denia - Don Cayo (Altea) 18 hole Par 73 and Oliva Nova (Oliva) designed by Steve Ballesteros,18 hole par 72. If you wish to travel a little further El Bosque near Valancia is a par 72 and 6249m in length (designed by Robert Trent Jones) and rated in the top 5 courses in Europe.
