A beautiful rustic style villa situated on the slopes of the Montgo mountain with lovely views over orange groves, old town and sea very quiet and private but within walking distance of Javea old town, which has many shops, an indoor market as well as a weekly market and many bars and restaurants. The main beach and port area are a 5-minute drive.
The air conditioned villa has recently been modernised and re-decorated and is fully equipped inside and out with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Outside there is parking for 3 cars, the gardens are very private and stocked with tropical plants and trees. There is ample terracing surrounding the pool as well as a roof top terrace with sunloungers all with nice views. In the garden there is a barbecue area, foldaway table tennis table, free to play pub style pool table and children's play area.
Inside the villa there are 4 good-sized bedrooms each with its own shower-room/WC. The lounge dining area is a good size with beamed ceiling and leads out to a covered terrace for eating outdoors. The villa also has TV with all the English Channels including Euro Sport & Sky Sports plus video & DVD player and an X Box. The newly fitted kitchen is modern and well equipped with microwave, dishwasher etc. The villa has all modern conveniences but still retains its rustic charm. In the grounds of the villa there is an apartment which consists of a bedroom and bathroom. Ideal for in laws or teenage children.
