Palm Court is a beautiful three bederoom two bathroom detached private villa set in it's own grounds with swimming pool in the sort after area of Tesoro Park, Javea. This private secure villa has an entrance porch, hall way leading into a good sized sitting room which has a working open fire, UK Sky TV, DVD and Hi fi. Two settees, occasional tables lamsp etc. Good sized dining area., within dining table and chairs. Doors leading to the outside Naya. Fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons which include a microwave, fan assited cooker 4 ring gas hob, fridge freezer. Large utility room also with fridge freezer.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This region of the Costa Blanca is very beautifully decorated with mountains, small towns and beaches all around. A number of golf courses and tennis courts are close by.
The climate here is excellent and also rated very highly by The World Heath Organisation. This country produces spectacular landscapes with rolling valleys and mountains almost wherever you go and the evening sunsets, particularly in the winter, can be absolutely breathtaking.
Benidorm is about 45 minutes drive, close to Aqualandia water park and the new Terra Mitica theme park.
Javea area
The villa is five minutes walk from Javea Golf Club, 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach and ten minutes to Javea. Moraira is approx 15 mins drive.
Javea is citrus country and the fruit trees & if you visit in Spring you will be welcomed by the fragrance of orange blossom and the sight of fields of trees in full flower.
The seafront consists of small bays, each with a golden sandy beach. As with all coastal towns you will find plenty of restaurants and café bars spread around the port.

Some fly to Valencia.
Ferries from Plymounth or Portsmouth to Santander or Bilbao.Euro tunnel to Calais.

Further details outdoors: Naya leading from the sitting room which is ideal for eating outside at any time of the years as the property gets all day sunshine. Five steps lead down to the fantastic garden and swimming pool which is 8 x 5 mtrs. 8'6" deep at the deep end and having roman steps.
There is an outside kitchen with barbecue and patio table and chairs. Also shower and toilet. Garden with palm trees and lovley plants surround the property. As the front of the villa there is a large parking area from 3 - 4 cars. Linen and bathroom towels are provided. Not beach towels. Laundry change mid term. A large garden, garage and plenty of parking.

Flexible arrival day except July and August when it has to be Saturday. Arrival after 4pm departure 10am except by agreement. A car is required and can be organised on request.

We were very happy with the villa and the facilities.Great for the children with the pool and gardens. Secure and safe. Being near the golf course was a bonus. Johnson.
Just arrived back from a wonderful holiday with our daugher, son-in- law and 18 month old todler. Palm Court Villa was beautiful, peaceful, superb gardens, private pool and lots of space. The view from the villa was quite spectacular too! Lovely towns nearby, Javea and Moirara are a must in the evenings with lots of restaurants and life - but not in the least bit roudy. Supermarket just down the road but hiring a car is a must. Overall the villa went way beyond our expectations and would recommend it to anyone - you won't be disappointed. We didn't even bother with the beaches, although very nice, it was just so relaxing to chill out by the pool and lovely surroundings. Homer Sept. 2007
