The new villa is fitted to the highest standards. It has great views to the montgo and over the valley. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A lot of parking space and terraces. There is a bbq area next to the pool. The house is very private in a cul-de-sac road. No neighbours closeby. Nice naya area overlooking the pool.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The villa is located in Javea. An exclusive town in the heart of the Costa Blanca. In this region it's possible to visit the many towns or the big cities like Benidorm, Valencia and Alicante. The region has the the typical spanish towns and ports. As well the many beaches to sunbath.

Javea / Montgo Valls area

There are many festivals and fiestas in June and July. It's possible to visit the many attractions in the area such as Oceanografic in Valencia(the biggest sea aquarium park in Europe) or for example the attraction park in Benidorm called Terra MIttica. But it's also possible to take a day trip to one of the islands of the Balearen.

We recommend to fly on Alicante or Valencia airport.
