A lovely 3 bedroom villa with a good size terrace to the front for out side eating and B.B.Q and lovely views. The villa has its own private pool. The accommodation consists of 2 twin rooms and one double, the double has an ensuite with a shower. There is a further bathroom with a bath and shower. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, and microwave. The lounge has a TV with a video and furnished to a very high standard. The villa has it's own garage for off-road parking. The accommodation has air conditioning this is charged at £50 extra pw if required. The villa also has CENTRAL HEATING this is charged at £50 extra pw if required. SKY TV.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Much has been written about Javea, it´s charming historic town, more hours of sunshine recorded here than anywhere else in Spain, ideal climate according to World Health Organisation, and then not least the imposing El Montgo mountain which from certain angles looks like a sleeping elephant. But in the end we can only suggest you visit Javea yourself to find out first hand about this jewel of the Costa Blanca.

The Safari Animal Park, Benidoleig Caves, Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar are all within 40 minutes drive. Valencia's impressive City of Arts and Sciences has the Europe's largest Marine Park housing over 45,000 animals of 500 different species in the numerous underground aquariums. Take time for a day trip inland to visit mountain villages and to enjoy the fantastic countryside and beautiful views of Northern Costa Blanca.

Javea is tucked in a beautiful bay between Cap de la Nao and Cap de San Antonio situated on the Mediterranean Costa Blanca some 100 km south of Valencia and north of Alicante.

There are more recorded hours of sunshine per year on this little point of land than in any other place in Spain

Javea has long been called the "Dawn of Spain", because it occupies a far point of land looking eastward over the Mediterranean Sea. The rising sun’s path catches variously the three headlands. One day San Antonio, another day San Martin, or Cabo de la Nao sees the first golden rays. But always day dawns over that blue sea, enriching the life of the old Spanish fishing community.

The Second fortnight of July is an occasion for feasting, dancing and parading to the gunpowder and music with the feast of the Moors and Christians

Clubs, restaurants, the Parador, the Javea Golf Course, and our Club Nautico do all they can to make us known; as does the annual Tourist Feria. The shooting range on La Plana, riding stables, tennis courts, bowling clubs, undersea diving facilities – exist for the pleasure and profit of all. Many local clubs exist and walking in the area is a favourite past-time.

How to get there

We are equidistant from Valencia or Alicante airports. Both are 100 Km approx. Both are on the A7 motorway about 1hrs driving time. All the budget airlines come in to Alicante or Valencia.
