The property sleeps 6 in the main villa, however has the additional benefit of a self-contained 1 bedroom apartment for parties who wish to be accompanied by extended family or friends. To ensure exclusivity we only make the apartment available to the main booking party if they so desire, it is not rented independently. An extra charge of £195 is made to cover the extra utilities, cleaning, linen and changeover costs.

Javea / Cansalades area
Javea is divided into three areas, the old town with cobbled streets, town houses and church has a traditional feel. The port, where a daily fish market is held. The lounge is equipped with Sky Satellite TV or watch DVDs, a selection is available for you to view. A hi-fi system is available for playing CDs. From the lounge french widows lead to the pool terrace where there is a barbecue and table and seating for 6/8 for al-fresco dining. Steps lead down to further terraced areas for sun bathing and alternative eating areas. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

Hi Ashley I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you very much for all the help you gave us when booking our holiday. We had a lovely time and we were so pleased with your villa. We couldn't have wished for anywhere nicer. It was so clean and well kept. The pool was also very clean and despite the water being very cold because of the recent weather, we all still enjoyed a swim every day. Especially our two children. We felt very well catered for and everything we needed we found. Please pass on our gratitude to Stewart and his wife (sorry, I can't remember her name). They were very helpful indeed and whilst not intruding in on our holiday, they were there if we needed them.
