This luxury duplex apartment is 5 mins walk to the Arenal sandy beach with its restaurants and bars and across the road from the local tennis club. The apartment has three double bedrooms and two shower rooms.
The large living and dining areas both seat 6. The fully fitted kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, iron with board, toaster and electric kettle. There is a washing machine in a separate utility area.
The large sun terrace includes patio furniture and the communal swimming pool also has a separate children's' splash pool. There is an underground parking space and lift. The apartment has gas central heating.
All house linen is provided except beach towels. Air conditioning is an optional extra at £50 per week.

Javea is a coastal town located in the comarca of Marina Alta, in the province of Alicante, Spain, by the Mediterranean Sea. Situated behind a wide bay and sheltered between two rocky headlands, the town has become a very popular small seaside resort and market town. Flat agricultural land stretches for miles inland, cut by small streams and used primarily for growing citrus & olive trees. The Natural Park of Montgo was declared in 1987, dominated by the 753m peak of Montgo, the second-highest peak so close to the sea in the whole Mediterranean. The park stretches across the area of La Plana to the Cape of Saint Antoni.

Fly to Valencia or Alicante - Javea is an hour from both airports.
Cheap flights available from Easyjet.co.uk and Ryanair from Luton and Stansted, and BMIBaby from Heathrow..
Car hire available from carjet.es.
