Quiet and peaceful, the bungalow is situated close to the most Javea beautiful and secret beaches. In the spacious balcony with stunning sea views, you can relax observing seagulls (Gaviotas) or counting stars at nigth.
At Balcon al Mar there is a Swiming pool and Tenis club, restaurants, and there is also easy access to all amenities down in the village.
With one double and one twin bedroom very well decorated, the villa is ideal for couples or families.

Javea / Balcon Al Mar area
Between the Cap Antonio and the Cabo de la Nao, by the Montgó against protected, Javea is the Jewel of the Costa Blanca.
Javea and the surrounding area is beauty Nature. In Javea you will fin the best beaches in all CostaBlanca area, with the best deep sea for diving, or you can hire a boat or take a sailing course...
You cant miss the old village with its typical spanish houses and its fortres-church, and the small fishing port, where you can buy fresh everyday. There are lots of different restaurants and shops in Arenal area, a shell-sandy beach with many amenities. Go for the "Cape Route" near the house and discover the sky and the sea as if you were a gull. ... And if you want just laze on the beach go and discover one "calita" each day..
