Javea has long been called Amanecer de Espana, Dawn of Spain, because it occupies a far point of land looking eastward over the Mediterranean Sea.

The rising sun’s path catches variously the three headlands. One day San Antonio, another day San Martin, or Cabo de la Nao sees the first golden rays. But always day dawns over that blue sea.

Then there are the wonderfully fresh fruit and vegetables, the wine of all qualities and prices, the incredible almond blossom in the early spring, the outside markets, the fields of orange trees, literally hundreds of restaurants and then of course always the clear clear air.

Halfway between Alicante and Valencia airports, less than an hour from each via a modern Autopista, but far enough away to never see an aeroplane. Centrally placed to reach the cities of Madrid or Barcelona, to travel down to the Costa del Sol or just travel 10 minutes inland into the hills that surround Javea.

Of course there are the tourists, but unlike most of the resorts on the Costas of Spain, the vacationers here prefer to rent a villa with a private pool, or an apartment with a communal pool.

There are very few hotels in Javea, and those that are here do not cater for package holidays.

And standing guard over us all is of course our beloved Montgo, which needs a page on its own. We simply ask you to come and visit it and Javea yourselves, to find this little jewel in this vibrant country that is Spain.

Beach La Granadella:

La Granadella beach is a contrast from the busy tourist beach of El Arenal. La Granadella beach is tucked away and not many people know about it so it is never overcrowded.

Granadella is a pebble beach in a secluded cove. You reach it by driving through a lovely pine forest. The water is often a beautiful turquoise colour. The water is clear and great for snorkeling or diving.

Only 40 min by car to the Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqua land and Mundomar (Sea World) all at Benidorm.

Javea is no longer a hidden paradise.

Clubs, restaurants, the Parador, the Javea Golf Course, and our proud Club Nautico do all they can to make us known; as does the annual Tourist Feria.

The shooting range on La Plana, riding stables, tennis courts, cricket pitch, bowling clubs, undersea diving facilities – exist for the pleasure and profit of all.

Many local clubs exist and walking in the area is a favourite past-time.

"fantastic holiday!!"

fantastic holiday!
I was in this house with my partner and friends and had a wonderful holiday. This very nice villa, has all the amenities and what I liked most was its sea views, all suites have beautiful views of the sea! wake up watching the sunrise is priceless! will definitely return!

"unas vacaciones inolvidables en esta casa,wondeful holidays!"

Estuve con mi familia en esta casa , septiembre2012 y hemos vuelto a hacer otra reserva para este año , ya que quedamos muy contentos.
pasamos 2 semanas aqui y tengo que decir que la casa es preciosa, mucha tranquilidad, buenas vistas , habitaciones muy grandes y con todas las comodidades.
Por otra parte la playa de javea y sus calas son de las mas bonitas de la zona alicante-valencia, merece la pena visitarla.
El trato con los dueños de esta casa y Benjamin el arrendatario, tambien fue bueno, amable y correcto.

"Scam!!!"

In the start, this "Banjamnin" seemed like a nice guy. He met us nearby, and drove us to the house, couse we could find it. When we arrived at the house, the house was "wow!", really nice looking house, with lots of details. But, still in need for upgrade...

After we went through the house, there was 1 bedroom missing! We were promissed 5 bedrooms, but the house only had 4.

We also prepaid for everything, also cleaning out. Still the vacation was ok (though, 9 days with only 4 bedrooms) After we got back to Norway, and we were to get the deposit back, we were told that the house was "dirty". (Had to translate from Spanish mail) And we were told that we had rouined the jacuzzi, and had smashed 67 glasses. (Its almost 7 per day!)
After intense mailing, we gave up getting the deposit back, and would recomend you to stay away from Benjamin Ceva!
(We didnt brake anything of corse!)

Customers like you are the ones that any owner don't want in their home, renting a house doesn't give the right to do whatever you want with it.
We are talking about destroying, in your many drunkenness, doors, pull beer cans inside swimming pool, garden, beach directly, and within
of the house.

Rooms dirty up top cigarette butts, trash, drinks and
more ...

Leave cigarette butts over furniture, jacuzzi, kitchen...
Destroying dishes in general, not the 67 glasses like you said, and making
incalculable damage.

You had the whole house with all its rooms and
services that this Villa provides for a good holiday.

Collecting a group of friends just for being able to affor a house like this one, doesn't give you the right to destroy it!!!!

You have had the owners details to report and you have not do anything because you know you have no reason, you are wrong, and that you would lose the trial.

The only exit you have is to lie on an email.
