This villa is in a great location for all amenities, - there are shops, bars, restaurants, tennis courts and stunning views within easy walking distance! Its location is up market area. Unwind in our built in Sauna, (with adjacent shower cabinet) and feel the aches leaving your body.
Relax on the patio or go up to the sun terrace roof and take in great views of Javea countryside, (plus glimpses of the sea!), or just relax and get that great tan. There is a good quality portable BBQ by the rockery/water feature. Had a hard day shopping? get in the heated Jacuzzi with a glass of free wine and relax. You want to watch your FAV soaps/ football: we have 107 cable channels all for you. The furnishings are top spec as your own home would be.

2 mins walk are 6 public tennis courts Los Pinos Tennis Club with a range of floodlit courts is about. Lessons can be arranged for both children and adults.
Javea is rated by the World Health Organisation as "environmentally near perfect".
Take a ferry trip over to the Balearic Islands of Ibiza, Mallorca, Menorca or Formentera - they're only a 3-hour journey away by fast-ferry so you can squeeze in a day trip or go for a night or two.
To me, the most impressive sightseeing point of Javea are not buildings but the wonderful view from the Cabo de Nao San Martin. Walking up a path from the Javea harbour - the hill of the bay allows an impressive view on the the cabo de nao.
Alongside of Javea you will also find the cabo de Nao - a small hill - with a lighthouse on top. The cabo can be reached by car - on a road surrounded residential areas. The top of the cabo de Nao gave me the impression as the last piece of hill of Javea which has not been built on. As well as the cabo de San Martin a must for every Javea tourist, because of the wonderful view.
How to get there
You can get to the Villa from two Airports the distance is the same Alicante Airport and Valencia Airport also car hire is good from Javea car hire rentals they are based in Javea and at the Airports for pick up and Drop off You will also get a 10 per cent discount on the car rental as i have agreed with the car rental company this rate for my customers

We had a great holiday at the villa with our children and grandchildren. The villa has everything to make your holiday complete, even down to a high chair for the younger members in the group. The setting is perfect, peace and quiet, but not to far away from the centre of Javea. It is an ideal place for sight seeing and visiting other places.
