The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Javea is surrounded by many towns and villages worth visiting, Moraira and Denia are both a short 10 minutes drive, both worth visiting. You can even take a day trip to Ibiza on a car ferry from Denia. Benidorm is approximately 30 minutes drive with large shopping mall, Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park next door to Mundomar a large Dolphin and Sea World park. Travelling North you have Vergel Safari Park just 30 minutes away. Javea itself has plenty of activities from Horse Riding, Tennis, Golf, Go-Karting to as many water activities as you can think of, including boat trips, jet skis and many more. Overlooking to whole Town is the Mountain known as 'Montgo'. This huge mountain is an area of natural beauty. You can walk along the pathway which climbs the mountain and enjoy fantastic views across Javea, Denia and on a clear day Ibiza.
Javea / Toscal area
Javea is split into 3 parts. THE ARENAL: This area is best known for its large sandy beach with 'Blue Flag' waters. Palm trees line the beach providing natural shade for those hot summer days when you need a break from the sun! There are several activities along the beach including children's play equipment and volley ball nets. A bustling night life with plenty of choice in bars and restaurants along with a selection of shops. THE PORT: A traditional fishing community with the harbour stacked with fishing boats and luxury yachts. Waterfront restaurants and bars provide a relaxing afternoon and evening. THE OLD TOWN: The heart of Javea providing a very traditional Spanish atmosphere. Completely unspoilt with plenty of character. Lots of attractions through out the summer months with carnivals and fireworks. A busy Market with everything from clothes to tasty fresh fruit and vegetables is held every Thursday.
How to get there
Javea is based almost exactly half way between Valencia and Alicante. Valencia is 75 mins North and Alicante is 65 mins South.
All budget airlines fly into both airports with numerous car hire companies available at both.

Dining area with seating for 8 people 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms 4 Bedrooms, sleeps a maximum of 8 people Master Bedroom - 1 Double Bed, En-suite shower Bedroom 2 - 1 Double Bed, En-suite shower Bedroom 3 - 2 Single Beds Bedroom 4 - 2 Single Beds Bedroom notes: The master bedroom is situated upstairs and is a lovely large room with high ceiling beams and ceiling fan. Built-in wardrobes and there are French doors opening onto a very private sun terrace. There is also an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a recent addition with built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan and an en-suite shower room. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twin bedrooms with built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. All 4 bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning.
Further details outdoors: Outside there is a brick-built BBQ along with a portable BBQ, terraces, table and chairs and sun loungers surrounding the newly built 8x4 swimming pool. There is plenty of secure parking for at least 2 or 3 cars on the private driveway. The villa is within 10 minutes walk to supermarket, tennis courts and restaurant. It is also within 5 minutes drive to Arenal Beach with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.
Further details
We can arrange highchairs/cot etc for a small extra charge. The garden is totally enclosed and very safe for children to play. The pool is accessible from the Naya/Dining Room door and terrace, which can be closed. Towels are provided but not swimming towels. An extra fee is required for the use of the hot & cold air conditioning.
Conditions
Prices include electricity, water, gas and end of let cleaning. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own pool/beach towels. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to rental start date together with a refundable deposit against damage and excess cleaning of £200.00. Booking deposits can be paid into UK bank account or via bank transfer to Spain. Final balance to be paid via bank transfer to Spain including any bank charges. The owner requests a strictly non smoking policy. There is a small fee for the use of the air conditioning.

Wonderful property, spotlessly clean, well maintained, very well appointed and furnished to a very high standard - lovely well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Ideal for families as there is a wonderful pool. Property is located in a pleasant residential area but you definitely need a car as it is located a little way from the beach. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Would thoroughly recommend the property to anyone. Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Girls Getaway. 'Mr & Mrs D' London.
We were warmly welcomed by the owner on our arrival immediately made to feel at home, the Villa was spotless and well maintained, the kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities required dishwasher, microwave cooker fridge and also some essentials like milk, water, tea, coffee and wine, also provided was a binder full of helpful suggestions on what to see and do. The BBQ area was secluded and made for great AL fresco dining. The pool area was clean and fresh with adequate loungers and chairs. Recommended for: Families with Young Children & Teenagers, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway, Age 55+ 'Louise from West Glamorgan'
