This large villa commands wonderful views of the surrounding area and is set on a mature one and a half acre plot of Mediterranean gardens with several species of orange,lemon,grapefruit and palm trees.
There is a full size Private Tennis Court,Table Tennis Pool Table, 2 Jacuzzis Outdoor and Indoor,Huge Olympic Size Pool 55'x25' with its own Waterslide and even a Childrens Playground
The villa is ideal for either two or three families traveling together and offers spacious, air conditioned accommodation for up to 14 people with something to offer all age groups. Villa San Antonio is particularly suitable for family groups of different generations with space and facilities for everyone to enjoy a wonderful holiday together.
There are 6 bedrooms, which can be configured to individual requirements and 4 bathrooms including an indoor Jacuzzi, together with a games room, large 42" flat screen TV and satellite.
There is a Solarium, a superb Poolside Barbeque dining area for 14 people and even a Poolside Bar.
The villa also has a wonderful summer balcony for outside living, eating and entertaining or just to take in the breathtaking views, sunsets and chill late into the night !
With daytime Winter temperatures often reaching 20C and having an Open Logfire and heating for cooler evenings Villa San Antonio is the perfect location for a wonderful holiday any time of the year !
Villa San Antonio is located within walking distance of a nearby restaurant and close to the local supermarket and superb golf course at La Sella.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca or White Coast, extends along the section of the Mediterranean coast corresponding to the Province of Alicante, with sandy beaches,mountains, lush green vegetation with abundant Orange, Lemon, Almond and Palm trees in the Northern area of the Costa Blanca where Javea is located.
The temperatures are usually mild, with Spring/ Autumn/ Winter Temperatures reaching 18-25C during the day and Summer temperatures around 30-35 C.

Jávea has long been the destination of choice for discerning visitors to the area where holidays centre around the family, and visitors to the area spend hours at their private villas enjoying the privacy of their own company or heading out to the beautiful town to enjoy the superb architecture and tapas bars
The superb Sandy Arenal beach area offers something for everyone with numerous restaurants and excellent nightlife.
Each year Jávea celebrates several fiestas which are quite spectacular and visitors are encouraged to visit and participate in.
For families there is the superb theme park of Tierra Mitica and Water Park just 30 minutes drive from the town.

We had the most fantastic stay in Villa San Antonio. The house, garden, pool, patio etc were far better than it looks on the pictures. The villa had lots of smart details which we appreciated. The surrounding Montgo area was also great; we had many walks in early mornings in the Montgo mountain, and also many very nice bicycle trips (bike rental in downtown Javea) All practical details regarding booking, payment etc were taken well care of by Marian and David Thompson. All this, combined with perfect weather conditions made the best holiday ever this summer. We strongly recommend the Villa. |
