About the home

The property is suitable for most types of holiday from the family holiday with the children to those who just want to get away from the rat race, to those who want a bit of sun in the winter. On the ground floor families like the safe secure environment of thye site. With out significant steps lots of our more mature letters find it an easy place to access .
A ground floor apartment with aircon/ heating in a garden setting suitable for young and older people on a small complex with swimming pool, tennis courts, restaurant and supermarket. A good apartment for offpeak and peak holidays. Some UK TV available.
Registered with the Valencian tourist board as all rental apartments should be but many are not !!!!

FOUR INSTEAD OF SIX

Many of the apartments we have noticed which have two bedrooms advertise that they can accomodate 6 people.
i am sure that they are no bigger than ours. we feel that when you are on holiday you dont want to be cramped up thats why we only advertise ours for 4 people.

For larger parties there are a number of other apartments on the complex which can be hired in conjunction with ours, just ask for details.

Arriving late or very early our agent who looks after the property for us will be very happy to supply whatever you need and put in the apartment ready for your arrival.

LOCAL SHOPPING

we have a small but very adequate supermarket on site and there are other small supermarkets close by.
Larger supermarkets are on the way into the old town and there is a market in Javea on thursdays and other local towns on other days.

Further details indoors:
We provide bed linen , towels and tea towels . If the apartment is booked for more than one week a change of towels and linen is included. We do not provide beach towels.
We can arrange for high chairs and cots via our local agent who maintains and services our apartment.

The front of the apartment is in a pedestrian area .
The site is accessed via a security barrier.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Valencia and Alicante are lovely cities within easy reach and both are to visit and inland towns which are still very traditional like Xativa are within very easy reach. The country side and coastal walks are wonderful and even the 'delights' of Benidrom are not too far away with theme parks such as Terra Mitica and Aqualandia.

The Javea area

Javea has some of everything for holidays from lovely beaches to champagne bars. Local attractions include a number of golf courses within easy reach, sub aqua in many places along the coast , horse riding , go karting walking fishing and most types of activity. The area around Javea also boasts a large number of eating places from the small budget to the Michelin recommended, it often makes cooking in not really worthwhile when you can get three courses including wine from as little as E9.95.
Javea is not just a tourist resort as there is a large all the year round population due to its mild climate which makes it a popular destination for those winter breaks.

The apartment is roughly the same distance from Alicante and Valencia airports. Many budget airlines serve both of the airports.when we visit we usually hire a car but we can organise a taxi for you if you would prefer. Public transport is also possible using a combination of trains and buses.

“Lovely location, very good acommodation & excellent value for money!” This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this propery & as usual as been excellent. The owners obviously love the property because it's always in perfect condition, well decorated & equipped. As for the area, when the sun is shining is of one of the nicest places in Spain. Good scenery, excellent restaurants, lovely beaches and if it's wet resort to staying at Casablanca reading a book & enjoying a G&T... Response: lovely to see you visiting the apartment again and thank you for your nice comments

“ideal getaway” Apartment contains all you could wish for. Site is clean and tidy and nearby shop has a good selection of goods, especially warm croissants and bread for breakfast. Response: thank you for your review.

all rates include bed linen and towels for use in apartment.<BR><BR>Finding the flights too expensive to Alicante/Valencia !!!<BR> try Barcelona it is a 3.5 hour drive lots of flights from Gatwick.<BR><BR>or perhaps drive diesel is now 1.31 euros in supermarkets in france less in spain.<BR>It is just over 1000 miles from Calais but with the superb european motorways is a relatively easy drive with an overnight stop.<BR><BR>for two people using one bedroom during the winter months rates reduced to �£290 per week.<BR><BR>we could do a special offer on our unsold weeks but the prices are already very competetive and think how you would feel if two weeks later you found your holiday in a sale ?? it is not the way we do business !!!!<BR><BR>If you want to rent the apartment for more than one month in the winter we can agree special rates.<BR><BR>we accept payment by paypal and credit cards<BR><BR>the prices are fixed at the time of booking we dont make changes or increases for exchange rates<BR><BR>£ 360 = 400 euros £465 = 525 euros £575 = 650 euros ( fixed rates . the rate you fix at the time of booking is the rate you pay.
