Javea / Toscal area

Javea is divided into three areas, the old town with cobbled streets, town houses and church has a traditional feel. The port, where a daily fish market is held. The new town (Playa Arenal) with its many cafes, cosmopolitan bars, and restaurants overlooking a wide horseshoe shaped beach with its shallow waters, making it ideal for families with young children. Refundable breakages deposit of £200 required on arrival, to be refunded on the day of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Deposit 30% of rental fee to secure booking. (non returnable) Then the outstanding balance due 8 weeks prior to your arrival for bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival the full rental amount is due on booking.
