The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Northern Costa Blanca is very mountainous and green with beautiful coves dotted along the coast. The Javea/Moraira area has avoided the "high-rise" which is associated with so much of Spain.

There is plenty to do in this area for families: a 30 minute drive will take you to the Aqualandia Water Park, Terra Mitica Theme Park, Terra Natura Zoo and Water Park, Mundomar Marine Park, the Vergel Safari Park and the waterfalls at the Fonts d'Algar to name but a few.




Javea / Montgo area

Javea is a wonderful family resort with an abundance of activities within easy reach. It is made up of three areas: the beautiful old town with its narrow cobbled streets, upmarket shopping, unspoilt Spanish character and art galleries and museums; the Port area which has a great selection of bars and restaurants along the seafront; and the Arenal which has a sandy beach with a wide promenade flanked by bars and restaurants making it very safe for young children. This beach is awarded the 'Blue Flag' for cleanliness year after year.

The Olazabal-designed La Sella Golf Course is less than a 5 minute drive away from the villa and the 9 hole Javea Golf Club less than 10 minutes. Further afield, a 30 minute drive will take you to the Ballesteros-designed Oliva Nova Golf Club.


How to get there

Javea has the benefit of easy access to 2 airports: Alicante is 90 km (65 mins) to the South and Valencia is 125 km (75 mins) to the North.

Valencia airport is currently being expanded and there are normally much cheaper flights available there rather than into Alicante.

This five bedroomed property has the benefit of two master suites; one has King Size bed, Cable TV, Ensuite bathroom with bath and large, glass block walk in shower. The other has King Size bed, private sun terrace with teak sunbeds and ensuite with corner shower (no bath). The whole villa is air-conditioned with the exception of one twin bedroom which has a ceiling fan instead.

The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped, with good quality crockery, cutlery, glasses, coffee machine etc. From here you have direct access onto the naya with seating for 10 people making it a perfect set-up for al-fresco dining. Alternatively, enjoy the view of the garden and pool from the breakfast bar.

A fabulous, newly-built 11 x 5 m heated pool (heating chargeable) with underwater lighting, huge naya with dining table for 10 and comfortable sofas for relaxing, teak sun loungers with padded cushions, outside shower, excellent large stone and granite BBQ with all utensils, sink etc, tennis court and garden with an assortment of palm trees and cacti which when lit at night make a beautiful display.

The villa stands in very secure grounds with huge entrance gates and plenty of parking and is within a 5 minute walk of two good restaurants, both with children's play areas.

Please note that you will need to bring your own laptop for connection to the ADSL.

If you require the pool heating there is a charge of £100 per week.

Please respect our non-smoking wishes inside the villa.


Conditions

We require 25% deposit on booking

The remainder of the balance is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday

Changeover day is Saturday

Due to the quality of the fittings we require a £500 breakages deposit which will be refundable within a week of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)
