The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca area is declared by the World Health Organisation as having a near perfect environment.Known as the White Coast there are hundreds of beautiful coves with Blue Flag status stretched along her spectacular coastline.Javea is within easy drive of Benidorm with all the facilities of theme parks,clubs,shopping,beaches and bars which is full of fun and entertainment,catering for all tastes.If you are an intrepid tourist you will enjoy many days exploring the countryside as Denia,Calpe,Altea,Jalon Valley & Guadalest are all close by with Ibiza only a ferry trip away from Denia.This is only a small short list of some wonderful villages and towns which are within easy access.Both Alicante and Valencia are great cities to explore and are both just over an hours drive away.If you don't fancy driving there are many tours which can be booked direct from Javea including boat trips/sailing.

Javea has much to offer the disceming holiday maker including a historic old town, a lively fishing port and modern marina,superb beaches, rocky coves, spectacular coastal scenery and splendid restaurants to suit every taste and budget. It has its own golf course just 5 minutes from the villa and the internationally renowned La Sella 27 hole course is within 10 minutes. The nearby coastal resorts of Moraira , Calpe & Denia from where you can catch a ferry to Ibiza are well worth a visit and of course children of all ages will enjoy the Benidorm theme and water parks which are 40 minutes drive.

In march we had a new kitchen fitted with new cooker,Fridge Feezer, microwave etc, and have replaced the TV DVD player and stereo.We have a selection of Dvds for both adults and children. We have also renewed all the bedding and towels .

Further details outdoors:
The pool area is tiled with six sunloungers and shower. To the side of the pool area is the BBQ area with patio table and six chairs. The rest of the villa is laid to lawn with palm trees an various flowering shrubs there is also a large lemon tree which always has plenty of lemons on it ready for your gin and tonic.

A deposit of 25% is required in order to reserve and book the villa and is non - refundable in the event of cancellation.The remaining balance will be required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.A security deposit of £200 pounds will be required with this final balance which will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period.For bookoings of more than one week a linen and towel change can be provided for £40.00 pounds per change,advance notice will be required.Linen and towels provided.Beach towels to be provided by yourselves.

The villa is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure in order for inspection,cleaning and linen change to take place. WHY NOY TAKE A LONG TERM WINTER LET FOR ONLY £200 PER WEEK- want to take your time looking for that perfect place to live or having a property built or just want to escape those winter blues ? Take along winter let from october to march only £200 per week plus utilities.
