The property is finished to a very high standard. Pool, side and rear terraces mean plenty of space to unwind and relax.
The outside of the property is all on one level, with the villa, so wheelchair access is no problem. Three bedrooms are on ground level with only the master bedroom upstairs.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Summers are always a little cooler than the Costa del Sol and the afternoon breeze keeps temperatures more comfortable in the heat of summer.
We are situated half an hour from the various theme and fun parks of Benidorm and an hour in the opposite direction finds Valencia with its historic period architecture and 21st century " City of Sciences" with its beautiful, breath taking buildings.
The mountains running down to the coastal area are a haven for walking and trips out to mountain restaurants.
The Javea / La Lluca area
Javea is a traditional fishing town where the catch still arrives each day to furnish the local reataurants and tapas bars. It lies in 3 centres, the Old Town, built around the church which is some 900 years old, the Port with its fishing dock, marina and pleasure craft and the Arenal beach area for its lovely sandy beach and countless bars and restaurants.
Lluca lies on a tranquil hillside some 5 minutes from the beach and Old Town. It is generally considered to be the premier residential area in Javea. Javea Golf Club ( with tennis courts )is 500 mtrs from the estate.

We stayed in Casa Zarabina for two weeks from August 20th 2011 and had a brilliant holiday. The villa is really absolutely outstanding. Everything about the villa is perfect. Immediately one enters the villa the opulance and style impresses. The villa is large so two families do not feel on top of one another. All the day rooms, lounge, dining room, and kitchen are all well equiped, including a total sky package, book and video library. Outside, the swimming pool is large and includes a springboard. The area immediately surrounding the pool is safely tiled and all are surrounded by lovely flowering gardens. The covered naya overlooks the pool and has plenty of comfortable shaded seating. All the bedrooms are large and have spacious ensuites, so again two people can comfortably get ready at the same time. Peter and Rubina met us on arrival, and we chatted about the villa and the area drinking a welcome bottle of champagne. We certainly felt immediately at home. We will definately book the villa again when we return to Javea. It really helps to make a perfect holiday.
