About the home

This refurbished villa is situated near the popular town of Javea and Denia. In just ten minutes you are in both towns and can enjoy the typical Spanish life in the characteristic fishing villages nearby. Of course there are also the wonderful sandy beaches nearby. This villa has mountain views and sea views and is ideal place to enjoy the quietness of the area. In the villa there is air-conditioning and a television with a DVD-player. Furthermore the property has been made safe for children.

The villa has two floors, the main living room with the open kitchen and dining room and two bedrooms with a bathroom. The lower floor las a large living room/veranda. There is a large bedroom with a joining small room with one bed. Joining the large bedroom is bathroom. Also on the same floor another large bedroom with separate veranda.

Outside area has three areas to sit, with enough shade for when the sun is really hot. There is also a built-in barbecue area.

The villa has a very large terras and has shaded area near the pool. Mountain hiking is just next to the villa. Possibility to rent bicycles nearby and go mountain biking.

The villa is just three minutes away from the village of Pedreguer and has all the modern shops with all the European products in stock. Trips can be made to the sea front or into the wonderful mountainous area of Jalon, where the wine vines are sitauted. Also there are caves to be visited or ancient historical forts in the Spanish villages. All within a 25 minute drive. In this villa you truly can come and enjoy the Spanish sun and choose the peace and quitness or be amongst the holiday makers at the beach front; all at your own pace.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The area in between Alicante and Valencia is known for it's wonderfull climate; clean air with blue skies and a green environment. The further you travel down, the dryer the climate gets and the nature is more rugged. More towards Valencia, the colder and more moist.

This area is actually the ideal area to live in; no pollution and the most fantastic nature and coasts with sandy beaches or rocky/pebble coves to chose from.

There is quite a lot of moorish inheratance visible in the towns and landscape; beautifull mosaics in the villages and carved out hills for growing their crops.

The Javea area

As described above, there are many activities to undertake; active or passive. For children there are also theme parcs nearby; water slides, natural zoo, adventure parc etc.

You can rent a boat in Denia or Javea and be on the sea for a fantastic day snorkling or coast-sightseeing.
