About the home

Casa Bella is a spacious traditional style Spanish villa set on a large sunny south facing plot situated on the foothills of the majestic Montgo mountain. Perfect for families or couples.

The villa is spacious and well furnished as it has been used as a family home. There is a comfortable lounge with large sofas and dining area with seating for 6 in addition to a large glazed sunny naya providing further seating and dining area with balcony. There is a TV and DVD system with UK satellite TV system and a range of DVDs for your entertainment. The kitchen is more than well equipped for all of your holiday needs leading to a separate utility room / games area with pool table.

There are several great restaurants within easy walking distance .

The villa has large well maintained gardens with huge sunny terraces housing an outside summer kitchen and BBQ area next to the pool which has easy access roman steps. There is a large outside dining table and chairs and sunbeds and cushions for total relaxation. For the evenings when you wish to dine out there are a great range of local restaurants within walking distance.
The garden, pool and outside eating areas provide peace, quiet and total privacy. The pool man visits twice weekly and a garden maintenance weekly. The garden has mature plants and trees surrounding the property creating shady spots for the long hot summer days...

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Javea is the perfect holiday location set on the Costa Blance coastline. Javea is an ideal family location just an hours drive from Alicante or Valencia airports. The villa is located in a quiet area with stunning views of the majestic Montgo mountain but within easy reach of the ancient old town,beaches,port area whilst being surrounded by countryside.

There are several excellent golf courses and tennis clubs in the area and plenty of water sport activity including sailing,diving and water skiing or a gentle boat ride. There are a wide selection of restaurants and bars to cater for all tastes including 3 local excellent restaurants within walking distance. The lively bustling town of Benidorm is approx 40 mins away or closer to home the pretty fishing village of Moraira or the upmarket Denia marina area for a change of scene. The scenery in the surrounding mountains is spectacular and the Montgo mountain provides an exciting area for walking and exploring.

“Beautiful villa in an amazing location, will be visiting again!” This villa is lovely, we could not have wished for a nicer place to stay as our first family with our baby daughter. Amanda was very helpful, providing advice on the local area, supermarkets and baby facilities such as a travel cot. The villa was extremely clean, has superb dining areas, our favourite was outside by the pool and the bedrooms easily accommodate 6 people (even though there was only 3 of us). The pool was magnificent, very clean and ideal for bathing in the hot weather. The location is ideal as it's a 5 minute drive to the harbour, (where there are lots of beautiful restaurants) and about 10 minutes to the beaches. We liked most of all that there are numerous local restaurants within walking distance too, which is nice in the evening as you don't have far to travel. We will be returning next year...
