The villa offers very spacious accommodation equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
Downstairs consists of a large lovely furnished lounge with cable television, open plan dining area/kitchen and a family bathroom. There are two twin bedded rooms and the third twin bedded room has an en suite.
The master bedroom is located upstairs with two terraces and lovely open views. All bedrooms have ceiling fans in addition to air conditioning, blinds and mosquito nets. All three bathrooms have walk in showers and bidets.
The villa also benefits from underfloor heating (ideal for winter lets) also air conditioning, climate control, heating, cooling, dehumidification, filtration and ionizer.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Beautiful sandy beach, beautiful cliifs with a magnificent backdrop of mountains in particular the Montgo mountain. Denia is a bustling historic town with a port where you can catch the ferry to the island of Ibiza only 25 minutes drive. There are a number of activities for children in the Benidorm area (a 45 min. car drive from Javea) which include Mundomar Marine Park, Aqaulandia Water Park, Terra Mitica theme park and the El Vergei safari park near Denia
You could combine your holiday with a trip to Barcelona or Madrid (approx. 4 hours drive)
Javea / Costa Nova area
Javea is a small fishing town, split into three areas, the Old Town, Port and Arenal Beach. The historic old town has many winding cobbled streets with picturesque plazas. The weekly market is held on Thursday when you can buy fresh local produce and crafts. The port is a lively bustling area with many shops, fish restaurants and bars. The Arenal beach is surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars.
The Tourist Office offers free guided walks of the area. All summer pleasure boats sail between Cabo San Antonio and Denia up to 3 times a day. Horse riding lessons are available at the Centro Hipico Javea.
The fresh fish market in the port held most evenings is very popular. The modern Yacht Club at the sports marina has nearly 300 berths and facilities for all types of water sports, sailing, fishing, scuba diving, water skiing, windsurfing etc.
Golfing Information: Within 10 minutes drive of the villa is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant.
The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is 15 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool.
Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within a half hour drive north is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres.
Americas Cup Valencia, Valencia is hosting the 32nd Americas Cup in 2007, the first time this classic sailing race will have been held in Europe - with racing occurring from 3rd April through to 4th July. Sailing will take place very close to the shoreline so spectators will be able to follow the action from the beach. Transport to and from Valencia can be arranged.

There is also an open naya and pergola for those who want to escape the sun and a gas BBQ for cooking on hot sunny evenings. The villa is in a quiet area. It has a large private south facing swimming pool. The villa has a south facing patio area and Naya ideal for a glass of wine whilst looking out over the panoramic views.
