About the home

There are 5 bedrooms with excellent views, 3 double with 2 en suite bathrooms plus 2 large large family bathrooms, all with modern walk in showers. The master bedroom with en-suite is on the first floor and the remainder are on the ground floor level.

The lounge is bright and spacious with 180 degree panoramic views of the sea and Mongo Mountain. It is furnished to a high standard with flat screen TV, DVD and satellite.
There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave etc
Outside there are extensive private terraces giving the opportunity to dine and sunbathe at your leisure.
There is a 10 x 5 meter infinity pool with fantastic sea and country views. Adjoining the pool terrace is a large all purpose built in barbecue area with seating where you can enjoy those lovely al fresco evenings with the fabulous back drop of the Mongo.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Javea nestles by the shores of the clear Mediterranean sea. It is surrounded by mountains, lush valleys and sandy coastlines. Javea is divided into three distinctive areas, the 'Old Town', the 'Port' and of course the beautiful sandy 'Arenal' beach. The Old Town has changed little over the centuries and still maintains its old world charm with its winding, narrow streets, Tosca stone porticoes, late Gothic church of St Bartolome and its charming regular indoor market. The Port and the Arenal both have a good selection of bars and restaurants and during the summer months the Arenal has an evening market with a lovely lively atmosphere. Therefore making Javea an ideal resort for both young and old.

The Javea area

Javea enjoys a typical subtropical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in the summer and mild temperatures in the winter. The region averages about 3,000 hours of sunshine per year (about 325 days per year) and the average temperature is more than 20 degrees Centigrade.
About 35 minutes away by car you have the fantastic Spanish theme park called Terra Mitica which is well worth a visit boasting the largest wooden roller coaster in Europe and numerous themed rides. You also have Aqualandia Water Theme Park and Mundomar Animal and Sea World - all great places to visit for adults and children alike which is just a 40 minute car ride away.

Fly to Alicante or Valencia Airport as the villa is just over an hours car journey from either airport.

Cheap flights are always available from Easy Jet, Ryanair, Jet2 and many more.

Local Taxis are available or we can arrange airport transfers with a local Taxi firm.
