La Casita was built in 1984 by a renowned local architect and developer for his daughter, so the design and finish is superb. We've owned the property for 8 years and this is the first year we've rented it out. It sits directly under the eye of Montgo in a national park in an area of natural outstanding beauty. The sitting room is large and beautifully appointed with a high beamed ceiling and lovely fireplace. It has a large traditional fully fitted kitchen and utility room. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the two other bedrooms share a large 2nd bathroom. All have built in wardrobes and there's a safe in the master. There are 2 double beds, 2 singles and 3 high quality fold ups. .
The naya, garden, pool and outside BBQ areas are sensational and need to be seen to be believed. The garden offers total calm and privacy and is not overlooked at any point. Over £15,000 has been spent on the garden furniture and the villa has hosted a number of celebrities over the years and the feedback is always the same. PERFECT, we can't wait to come back!

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Javea (pronounced Havia and spelt locally Xabia) has been officially classified by the World Health Authority as 'environmentally near perfect' and has been designated a conservastion area with no high-rise construction permitted.
The region is known as the 'oasis of Spain' due to an abundance of olive groves, almond trees, citrus fruits, vines and pine forests making the area green all year. Javea enjoys an average of 300 days of sunshine and it's said this is where the sun goes on holiday. Known as the White Coast there are hundreds of beautiful coves with Blue Flag status stretched along its spectacular coastline.
Javea / Montgo area
Originally an old fishing village, Javea is now split into three parts. The old town is steeped in history with its famous church, whitewashed buildings and narrow streets. The harbour with its fishing boats, nightly fish markets and a large marina, and the Arenal, a sandy beach with lots of restaurants, bars and a buzzing beach life. The crystal clear Mediterranean coastline stretches for 25kms with a variery of sandy, rocky and pebbled beaches.
Local leisure facilities include tennis, golf, water sports and horse riding. In particular by car, Javea Golf Club is 10 minutes, La Sella Golf 10 minutes, Moraira Golf 25 minutes and Oliva Nova Golf 45 minutes. On a daily basis there are weekly markets in many of the nearby villages and towns
How to get there
Javea is a 45 minute drive north from Alicante airport and 50 minutes south from Valencia. Discount airlines such as Easyjet fly to both airports all year round.

Further details indoors: As this has been our family holiday home, the villa is furnished to a very high standard and in a lovely traditional Spanish style. There is a decent set of Titleist steel shafted clubs and an Odyseey putter with a carry bag which you're welcome to use. The nearest decent golf course is a five minute drive and they have a driving range that's open to the public.
Further details outdoors: The garden, pool and outside eating areas are delightful. A gardener and pool man visit the property every week and they are nothing short of perfect. Small but perefectly formed, they offer you total peace and quiet, privacy and are a delight to all your senses.

A deposit of 25% is required in order to reserve and book the villa and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance will be required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.
A security deposit of £200 is required with the final balance. This will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period. Travel cot linen to be provided by yourselves. For bookings of more than one week a linen and towel change can be provided for £40 per change, advance notice will be required. Linen, towels and beach towels provided.
Change-over must take place on a FRIDAY (we've found flights are generally cheaper than Saturday) The villa is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure in order for inspection, cleaning and linen change to take place.
