Casa Rosa is a traditional villa full of charm and character and is suitable for families, couples and single people. It is South facing and situated in a tranquil location at the end of a cul de sac which is very private. The villa is close to 3 great beaches and within walking distance to several excellent restaurants, bars, cafe's, small supermarket and even a newspaper shop.
On one level the modern interior comprises a spacious lounge with log burner, separate kitchen, separate covered utility, enclosed naya with views to the pool, master bedroom with brand new luxurious en-suite bathroom, double bedroom and twin bedroom sharing brand new luxurious shower room. Air conditioning and central heating is fitted in all the bedrooms and lounge with good quality furniture throughout. In the grounds there is a fabulous private 10x5 swimming pool with terracing,& lights, pretty gardens, separate BBQ area and large drive for plenty of cars. You will find a full cable tv package is provided with English, French, German, Dutch & Spanish channels. For music lovers there is a stereo, lots of CD´s and an Ipod/MP3 connection so you can tune into your own music library. In the lounge is a sofa bed which can sleep an extra 2 people if required.
We provide beach towels and have a good selection of children's outside toys i.e. water guns, buckets & spades, boogie boards, fishing nets, fins and small selection of pool inflatables plus the more important air accessory!

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca area is declared by the World Health Organisation as having a near perfect environment. Known as the White Coast there are hundreds of beautiful coves with Blue Flag status stretched along her spectacular coastline. Javea is within easy drive of Benidorm with all the facilities of theme parks, clubs, shopping, beaches and bars which is full of fun and entertainment, catering for all tastes. If you are an intrepid tourist you will enjoy many days exploring the countryside as Denia, Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Jalon Valley & Guadalest are all close by with Ibiza only a ferry trip away from Denia. This is only a small short list of some wonderful villages and towns which are within easy access. Both Alicante and Valencia are great cities to explore and are both just over an hours drive away. If you don't fancy driving there are many tours which can be booked direct from Javea including days sailing.
Javea / Costa Nova area
Javea is the perfect holiday location for every type of tourist and is situated on the Costa Blanca Coast. Ideal for the family with our famous Arenal sandy beach offering play areas for children, showers and plenty of bars and restaurants. The Port of Javea has numerous good restaurants & bars stretching the promenade which cater for all tastes and budgets. The pebbly beach offers a number of traditional beach bars where you can laze away the day and evening. The Arenal and old town of Javea are around a 7 min drive. Generally you will find Javea has a strong reputation for being a wonderful, relaxing, exclusive family holiday resort with no over development or unsightly high-rise buildings. The countryside is surrounded by an abundance of orange and lemon groves, mountains and valleys. Many of the beaches and coves have blue flag status. Local leisure facilities include tennis, golf, water sports and horse riding. In particular by car, Javea Golf Club is five minutes, La Sella Golf 15 minutes, Moraira Golf 25 minutes and Oliva Nova Golf 45 minutes. On a daily basis there are weekly markets in many of the villages and towns offering a variety of stalls from fresh fruit/veg, olives, cheeses, meats, clothes, shoes, sunglasses, handbags, jewellery etc. Skillful bartering recommended!
How to get there
The villa is situated in the upmarket resort of Javea which is approximately 1.5 hour drive North from Murcia Airport, 1 hour drive North from Alicante Airport and 1 1/4 hour drive South from Valencia Airport, all of which receive economy airline companies from the majority of UK airports. Car Hire can be arranged for collection from all of the airports and an Airport Transfer Collection Service can be arranged from both Alicante and Valenica, prices available upon request. 2007 proved very popular with our clients and we received outstanding feedback so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Further details indoors: The interior has been furnished to a high standard. Both of the bathrooms have been reformed to an executive standard, one of which is a family shower room and the other an en-suite bathroom with separate shower, bath, modern sink, toilet and bidet. There is gas central heating throughout, hot and cold air conditioning in all the bedrooms and lounge, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, working log fire and traditional tosca stone which adds character and charm. There is both comfortable seating and dining in the covered naya which overlooks the swimming pool.
Further details outdoors: The garden area is nicely landscaped and there is off road parking for 4 cars. There is a BBQ area with seating for 6 people just off the kitchen and utility area of the property. The enclosed naya overlooks the 10 x 5 swimming pool which is very private and has roman steps which provides great access for children and can be lit up in the evening. There is a pretty shaded area on the terrace above the pool which has seating for 6 people. On the pool terrace there are 6 sun loungers, small table, 4 chairs and two parasols. The garden has outdoor lighting including the pool.
Further details
A deposit of 25% is required in order to reserve and book the villa and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance will be required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. A security deposit of 200 pounds will be required with this final balance which will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period. A Travel Cot can be hired for 15 pounds per week and a high chair for 10 pounds per week. Cot linen to be provided by yourselves. For bookings of more than one week a linen and towel change can be provided for 40.00 pounds per change, advance notice will be required. Linen and towels provided. Beach towels to be provided by yourselves.
Conditions
Although changeover dates are flexible most of the year, from mid July through to early September we can only offer Saturday or Sunday changes with a minimum booking of 7 nights. The villa is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure in order for inspection, cleaning and linen change to take place.
