Home description

This first class villa is ideal for families and is situated 4 km from both Javea and Moraira. Javea and Benitachell bowls clubs are also within 5 mins drive from the villa. A few minutes drive to Benitachell you find a number of bars, shops and restaurants and banks. The urbanasation is well established with mainly all year round permanent residents.
The villa is privately situated at the end of a small cul de sac with virtually no passing traffic.
It has spacious gardens with orange, lemon and olive trees.
Accommodation is on 2 levels with separate access to apartment downstairs.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Approx 30 mins drive away is Benidorm. The giant fun parks Aqualandia and Terra Mitica are especially popular with families.
Valencia is less than 1 hours drive away and well worth a visit. Don't miss "The city of Arts and Sciences"
The Universal Oceanografic Park consists of an underwater city conceived as a nature park, a science centre and an education and entertainment facility. Allow min 5 hours to enjoy this area.
Driving south, Alicante is also less than 1 hour. A typical Spanish city with lots of restaurants and shops. At night a visit to the "Lizard" tapas bar is a must, situated on main road beween the two "El Corte Ingles" department stores.


Javea area

Javea is a maritime town with lots of history and is protected by the impressive and magnificent Montgo Mountian 2.470 feet. Javea consists of 3 different parts, the historic old town, the port area and the Arenal beach, with it's long sandy beach, (ideal for children) shops, restaurants and bars.
Leaving the Arenal going along the seafront, you pass the Parador and enter a very different area. Here you can see the remains of the old salt mines "The Saladar" which are now home to fish. Soon you enter the port area, with its pebble beach. A stroll along the seafront is a true delight and if it's the late afternoon carry on to the fish market and see the arrival of the fishing boats.

Large private pool has Roman steps leading down to shallow end, which is ideal for children.
A large barbeque area has ample work surfaces and sink plus large pergola, plenty of sunbeds and various seating options.
There is parking for 2 cars plus pergola. There is a slope down to the villa, which you can park on but not advisable if you have low suspension on your car. There is plenty of parking outside villa.
