There is a large private patio area leading into the gardens and communal facilities of the complex. There is a lock on the garden gate so children go out without your knowledge. All gates to the complex have electric security buzzer to the entrance.
The indoor pool is temporarily unheated and some of the other indoor facilities are temporarily out of use. These should be in operation again by 30th June 2013.
The arrival dates are flexible.
The apartment will be available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacant by 10 am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning. However we can be flexible depending on changeovers.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required in the event of cancellation.
Clients booking within 8 weeks of arrival date are required to pay the full rental cost at the time of the booking. As for advanced bookings the total rental cost is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
Linen will be provided with the exception of beach towels. Please note there is a washing machine but if extra linen is required there will be an extra charge and it must be stated on booking.
A key and refundable breakages deposit of £150 is required.
No smoking and no pets.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Javea is located in the Costa Blanca and occupies a privileged stretch of coastline. The local climate is rated by the World Health Organisation as one of the best in the world. Upon arrival you will notice Javea is dominated by the large Montgo mountain which resembles a sleeping elephant. The surrounding valleys are covered with olive, orange, lemon, and almond trees and of course vine yards, providing local inexpensive wines. Javea still retains its roots as a local fishing village, it is a trade which is still prevalent here. There are no high rise hotels and package tours are not welcomed. Whether you are looking to relax or take part in sporting activities, there is something in Javea for everyone.
If you want to venture out of Javea and explore the surrounding area of the Costa Blanca there are plenty of places to visit. Terra Mitica and Aqualandia at Benidorm is great for the children. Valencia and Alicante are fantastic cities with lots of old architecture and parts with modern twists.
The Javea / Javea Port area
Javea has 4 main areas; the Old town, the Port, the Arenal, and the Montgo National Park.
The old town represents traditional Spain. It maintains its white feature buildings and has lots of characteristics and cobbled streets. There are regular street markets where you can purchase authentic Spanish souvenirs, stock up on fruit and vegetables, purchase clothing and other items. It is dominated by the gothic fortified Church of San Bartolome, a listed National Artistic Monument, dating back to the 15th century. The Old Town is approx. 5-10 minutes by foot.
The Port area of Javea remains fully working and provides daily fresh supplies of fish to the area. The modern Nautical Club has 297 berths in its marina and there are facilities for all kinds of water sports, including sailing, fishing, scuba diving, water skiing and windsurfing. The La Grava pebbled beach at the Port is within a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are plenty of tapas bars and restaurants to suit everyone.
The Arenal has a beautiful golden sandy beach which always holds the blue flag for cleanliness issued by the European Foundation. It is surrounded by dozens of restaurants, bars and clubs, and offers a variety of food, drink and entertainment for all ages. The Arenal is about a 30 minute walk or 5 minute car journey from the apartment. There is a bus to take you from the Port to the Arenal at regular daily intervals.
The Montgo mountain can be explored on walking tours but be sure to go early morning as the sun gets very hot! There are lots of very good restaurants overlooking the mountain.

There are flights available with Thomsonfly.com, Easyjet, BMI Baby, Ryanair.com, Jet2.com and Monarch. You can fly into either Alicante or Valencia which are both only 1 hour away from the resort. Car hire is available with these companies or with search engines such as Doyouspain.com or travelsupermarket.com.

very high spec. Great location, close to everything but very quiet location. Weve been to Javea many times but you wont find a better apartment for the money.Very well equipped, very secure .Cant recommend high enough.

We - that is myself, my husband, our daughter and her partner - had an enjoyable week in this apartment. Having two bathrooms was lovely and the kitchen was adequately equipped. The patio looked directly onto the beatifully maintained garden area where the pools are situated. We were able to walk to some lovely bars and restaurants in the port - so nice not to have to drive.
