Newly furnished it benefits from a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The spacious lounge/dining area has cable TV, DVD/CD player and leads onto the large balcony, overlooking the communal gardens, pool and jacuzzi.
On the complex there is also use of a sauna and paddle court. The location of the property makes it an ideal holiday for both couples and/or families.

Easy to book, We were met by key holder as arranged and given comprehensive tour of apartment. Every thing was explained and there was a very useful book with local information phone numbers etc. We were also given contact numbers in case of problems, The welcome pack was perfect to see us through the first evening as we arrived middle of sunday pm. The apartment was one of the cleanest I have rented, Wonderful terrace with views of garden and pools.

We have visited Javea most years as we have a timeshare property. But the dates were inconvenient so we decided to return to Javea as we know it quite well and rent an apartment for 10 days.
This was one of the few properties available for the dates we needed, but without any reviews I was a little dubious.We needn't have worried and we certainly weren't disappointed.
We were greeted by a lovely lady who talked us through the lovely spacious apartment, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Air conditioning and ceiling fans for the high season. Sky TV with a variety of English channels. Clean, tidy, tastefully decorated and within a secure gated complex. Nice swimming pool within the complex too which was never too busy, but always someone there for the children to play with.
Parking available outside on the main road. All local amenities within a short driving distance, as was the port and the beach.
Big selling point for the ladies ...a washing machine, so all my washing was done before I came home!!
The view from the kitchen wasn't particularly nice, but I didn't spend too much time in there anyway. The balcony looked out over the pool which was lovely.
The only problem we had, was, we weren't sent a map, so we had a little bit of trouble finding the entrance to the complex in the beginning. But we made a call and were given some help with directions.
All in all we had a wonderful time and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone who was looking for an apartment in Javea.
