Villa "La Noria" is very spacious and a great location to spend the holidays. South facing with valley views. Built on 2 levels. Inside lower level, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms en suite. A large diner and living area with fireplace and flatscreen tv. Fitted kitchen with all mod cons (including American fridge/freezer). A glazed naya with lounge area. Marble floors. Upper level 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. On of this bedrooms has it's own private balcony with nice views over the valley. The villa is furnished throughout with comfortable furniture. Ceiling fans are fitted to all the bedrooms for extra comfort. Outside several terraces with sunbeds and dining tables and bbq area. A big lawn, in front of one of the terraces for the children to play on. From the private pool with roman steps a great view to the Montgo mountain. Bicycles are included in rental. The property is very private on a quiet location.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Javea is an exclusive destination on the coast, which offers a wide range of activities to fit your requirements. It is located on the coast between Alicante and Valencia. The warm climate offers sunny days all year round. Because of being located in a valley it's not very hilly and cycling is possible. Don't try this at other places on the Costa Blanca coast. There are two golfcourses within 5 kilometers. You can scubadive, go fishing, boat rent, horse ride, visit spas, walk and of course enjoy the sea and beach. You can make city trips to Valencia, Benidorm or one of the many towns in the Javea area.
Javea / Montgo Valls area
Javea (old town) In this Mediterranean town you can walk through the narrow streets, visit the old centre and church or just go out to a terrace. There are traditional markets where you can taste the Spanish culture.
Javea Port Here you will find cozy (fish) restaurants and terraces, the harbour and the beach. From the lovely boulevard with palm trees you can shop in one of the many shops or have a walk to the lighthouse with lovely views.
Arenal Arenal is the most touristic part of Javea. Here you will find a wide sandy beach with a busy boulevard, lot's of restaurants and bars/discotheques.
Depending on when you visit there would be a good chance of you been able to enjoy one of the many fiestas wether it is the Moors and Christians enacting out a battle on the beach, Easter celebrations, three kings in January fallas or St Juan with the bonfires on the beach, they are all spectacular and worth watching.

This is a very nice address in relation with what we paid so we will definetly consider it again for coming back. After showing us the villa and telling the necesaries (where is the supermarket, beach etc.) we got the keys and our holidays started. The pool is great for the kids and the garden is beautiful. It was pretty hot so it's good to have aircon in the bedrooms. There is plenty of shade and places to sit/relax. All in all we had a great stay and hope to come back next year.
