Home description

This brand new apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and has air conditioning installed throughout. The accommodation is situated on the second floor, is accessed by lift or stairs, and comprises an entrance hallway leading to a bright & airy lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to a private terrace with table & chairs for ál fresco’ dining & open views of the surrounding area. Cable television and a DVD player are available offering British terrestrial channels The large master bedroom is spacious with built in wardrobes & a full en-suite bathroom. The twin bedroom also has built in wardrobes & there is a further shower room. The kitchen/utility area is fully fitted with oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. Private underground parking is available. The apartment has easy access to the large communal pool & landscaped gardens situated in the centre of the complex. Please note that the apartment is no smoking throughout.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Javea situated to the north of Alicante and south of Valencia, between Cabo San Antonio and Cabo La Nao, is often referred to as the Jewel in the Crown of the Costa Blanca. The area has a typically Spanish atmosphere and comprises of three distinct areas, the historic town with its white houses and cobbled streets, the port area with marina, promenade, tapas bars and a clean pebble beach, and finally the popular Arenal beach area with its many shops, boutiques, bars and excellent restaurants. The impressive Blue Flag sandy beach with sunbeds, parasols and children's play areas, is within a few minutes walk from Golden Beach 2. At night El Arenal comes to life with a range of entertainment for all the family. During the summer months craft stalls light up the promenade selling a wide variety of goods and there is a small fair for children not far from the apartment.


Javea / The Arenal area

Javea is half an hour drive from Benidorm with its many attactions including Terra MItica theme park with its thrilling rides, Aqualandia water park (open from mid May to October) also Mundomar with its exotic birds, animals incorporating dolphin and seal shows. To the north is the Montgo National Park and beyond is Denia with its historic castle, deligthful town centre and busy port offering day trips to the Balearic Islands. Inland in the mountains is the beautiful village of Guadalest and the waterfalls of Algar. Along the coast to the south are the towns of Moraira and Calpe with sandy coves and the impressive rock, the Penon de Ifach. Nearby are the towns of Gata de Gorgos, Benissa and Teulada offering a variety of shopping.

The closest golf course about 3 km away is the Club de Golf Javea with 9 holes. Visitors are welcome with proof of handicap and advanced booking is recommended. The Club de Golf Ifach Moraira is a similar distance away.

Approximately 12 km away is Club de Golf La Sella near Denia with 18 holes and a further 10km away is the Seve Ballesteros Club de Golf Oliva also with 18 holes. La Sella is a private club but welcomes visitors with proof of handicap who may enjoy the excellent facilities including motorised trollies, swimming pool, tennis and squash courts. Advanced booking is advised.


How to get there

Fly to Alicante or Valencia airports then take E15/A7 motorway to junction 62 or 63 then follow the signs to Benitachell and Javea - detailed instructions sent upon payment of final balance.
Flights to Alicante from most UK airports including most budget airlines. Cheap flights also availble to Valencia.

Airport transfers can be arranged at additional cost.
