This quality apartment has 2 generous bedrooms,( 1 Double and 1 Twin) 2 bathrooms (1 Ensuite), a fully equipped kitchen with top quality appliances including dishwasher and washing machine, a full range of small appliances, including kettle and toaster, a quality coffee machine, 'smoothie' maker, and a juicer, in order that you can enjoy your own freshly squeezed local Valencian orange juice.
The apartment is fully air conditioned, (with individual controls for each room) and benefits from marble floors, with underfloor heating for that cosy feeling during the less warm winter evenings.
A modern flat screen TV is provided, with both English (including BBC ITV C4 and Sky Sports) and Spanish channels, as well as a Computer/Media Centre connected to the TV which can be used for playing music or a range of DVDs and access to the internet via the wireless keyboard and high speed Wifi network.
An Ipod docking station is also available for your use during your stay if required.
The holiday apartment is just a 3 minute stroll to the port where you will find many excellent bars and restaurants, a range of shops, boutiques and supermarkets, as well as the beautiful Playa Grava or pebble beach.
The apartment will be fully cleaned with fresh linen and towels provided on your arrival. A small refundable breakages deposit will be required at the time of your arrival.
Whilst smoking is not permitted in the apartment, you are welcome to smoke on the terrace.

With a fantastic climate and such a diverse array of attractions this area of Spain has something for everyone. From the long sandy beaches to the vibrant cities and quaint white washed towns, there is always something of interest to see or do.
The weather is superb, this part of the Mediterranean coast is one of the sunniest in Europe with around 320 days of sunshine, and has been declared as having one of the the healthiest climates in the world by the World Health Organisation.
The Javea / Javea Port area
There is truly something for everyone in the Javea area. Golf, tennis, horse riding, walking, go-karting, water sports, shopping or just lazing on the beach or by the pool. Children are very well catered for in this family orientated resort.
Javea comprises of four distinct areas, the Old Town, the Port, the Arenal Beach and the Montgo Mountain National Park.
In the Old Town you can see some of the traditional Spain and stroll down ancient narrow streets and visit the street markets. The Gothic church of San Bartolome dominates the centre of the Old Town and dates back to the 15th century.
The Port is many people's favourite area of Javea. Still a working port, you can watch the fishermen bring in their catches or watch the sailing boats set off from the marina. There are also lots of water sports on offer such as, sailing, fishing, scuba diving, water skiing and windsurfing. The pebble beach is called "La Grava". The Port area is also where the Fiestas take place - the Moors and the Christians in July and the Festival of the Port in September, as well as many other fiestas which take place throughout the year.
The bustling Arenal area has a lovely golden sandy beach which holds the blue flag for cleanliness. It is surrounded by restaurants and bars, many of which have live music. Strolling along the promenade in the evenings, there is the opportunity to wander around the many stalls selling handmade crafts. A great place for families as the beach is large and very wide and because the bay is sheltered, the water is shallow and calm. There is also a road train from the Port to the Arenal at daily intervals during the high season. The Arenal beach is approximately a 20 minute walk from the apartment or 5 minutes by car.
The Montgo mountain which resembles a sleeping elephant rises up 753m from the plain between Denia and Javea. It is possible to climb to the top of Montgo from all sides or take a guided tour and marvel at the magnificent views along the coastline and out towards the Mediterranean sea and the Balearic Islands.
For those that enjoy shopping whilst on holiday, there is a brand new indoor shopping centre opened on the outskirts of Javea, in Ondara which also has a range of restaurants, a cinema, and children’s entertainment.
Golfers are well catered for also with a championship course at the Marriot La Sella resort only 10 minutes away by car, and Javea's own course only a few minutes away by car.
This is why Javea is rightly referred to as the ‘Jewel of the Costa Blanca’!

Javea is approximately 60 minutes north of Alicante (El Altet) airport and around 70 minutes south of Valencia (Manises) airport. There are many airlines which operate flights to these airports from the UK,(Including Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch and bmibaby) Ireland, the rest of Europe and further afield.
Car hire can be arranged at both airports, and regular coach services are available from the airports to Javea. See www.alsa.es

The location of this apartment was very convenient - just a short, level walk to the port area. It had everything we needed to make life easy. The pool and gardens were lovely, well kept and not too busy in September. We had a small problem with the TV but the owner came quickly to fix it. Our only little niggles were that it cost £25 to transfer money to a Spanish bank account (thus effectively increasing the rental shown by £25). And, by September the whole apartment needed an end-of-season clean and the lounge sofas needed to be replaced to warrant the "luxury" description. But we had a great holiday and would book this apartment again. Response: Many thanks for your kind comments. I am glad you enjoyed your stay in Javea. I was also glad I was abe to fix the problem with the TV, as I always try to ensure that I respond quickly to problems that guests may encounter. Regarding the fee for transferring money, unfortunately this is beyond my control, although I do always give the option to pay in GBP as some banks do levy high fees for international transfers. Me and my husband enjoyed every moment in this wonderful appartment, situated in a centre, close to the sea, food shop, old town, port - it was quiet at that time of the year. We really felt like home. In a hidden way the owner has taken good care of us while with thinking through every detail while equipping the flat. We found more than we expected from the kitchen to prepare the food easily - starting from all kind of machines t.ex pressing juice, and ending with candles to make us feel cosy. Whatever we thought we would need - we found it. It was totally different from Barcelona Appartment where everything was clean and nice, but very minimalistic. Apartment had everything you could think of. Good location within easy walk of everything in the port area of Javea but still quiet at night. Very nice complex with good pool area. |

Payment via Paypal is also accepted, although I reserve the right to charge an additional amount to cover the cost of receiving payment via this method.
