This spacious, two-storey Javea villa located in the Cap Marti area of Javea is set in enclosed grounds and, with each level being completely self-contained, provides privacy and comfort for a large group or two families wishing to holiday together.
The 10 x 5m pool with roman steps is surrounded by terrace and grassed areas and has ample sun beds, an outside shower and built-in barbeque.
The lower level has a large covered terrace and summer kitchen and entry directly into an air-conditioned, open plan sitting / dining room with satellite television and CD player. A separate kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The master double bedroom to the right of the dining area has full en-suite facilities while the second twin bedroom is located to the left of the living room and has its own separate bathroom.
On the upper level is a terrace with views out to the pool and garden. Entrance is directly into the air-conditioned, open plan sitting room / dining room where there is satellite television and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
A hall from the living room leads to an air-conditioned double bedroom with en-suite bathroom at one end, a double bedroom, and a room with two single beds, at the other; these two bedrooms share a shower room and toilet.
There are a number of restaurants and a supermarket less than one kilometre away. Javea town, with its blue-flagged beach, shops and restaurants, is a five-minute drive away.
The beautiful scenic port area is only another couple of minutes away, while the historic old town with its traditional narrow streets and indoor and outdoor markets is close by.

Entry time is from 2.00pm on arrival day, and departure time is 10.00am - if we can be flexible with these times we will be. English speaking representative on hand to answer any questions. Welcome pack provided on arrival.
A 25% deposit is required on booking, with the balance due 10 weeks prior to departure. For any bookings made within 10 weeks of departure, then the full amount will be required on booking.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is situated in the South Eastern region of Spain within the beautiful province of Alicante. The area has been specifically developed to compliment Spain's booming tourism industry and has proven to be a popular destination for many European nations, especially for the UK, Spain and Germany - making it a very cosmopolitan area. The Costa Blanca includes some of Spain's most popular holiday destinations, one of which is Javea. Add to this the cities of Alicante and Valencia (Spain's 3rd largest and most important city behind Barcelona and Madrid). The area has plenty to offer including a broad range of beautiful landscapes, stunning beaches and a multitude of attractions. Whether you are interested in the history of the area or would like to study some of the superb Spanish architecture or just want a relaxing holiday in the sun, the Costa Blanca has it all. The Costa Blanca ("White Coast" in English) lies on the eastern coast of Spain on the Mediterranean sea. It stretches from Denia in the north of the region to Torrevieja in the south. There is a vast array of different landscapes from the mountains and valleys to the long sandy beaches, and the small rocky coves. Approx 40 minutes from Javea in Benidorm (which is very different to Javea) there is Terra Mitica (theme park), Aqualandia (water park) and Mundomar (sea life centre).
The Javea area
Javea is situated in the North East regions of Spain’s province of Alicante. This beautiful town overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and has a stunning backdrop created by the Montgó Massif. The area has an excellent road network which provides you with great access to many other stunning parts of Spain and is only an hour’s drive from the airport. This is in fact one of the reasons many of Javea’s villas have British, German and Dutch owners. Javea is split into 3 different areas; the old town, the port and the beach - each has its own charm, and defiantly worth a visit at least once during your stay. On Thursdays the old town hosts the local market, another must do, if not only for the experience. The World Heath Organisation named Javea as having one of the most healthy micro climates in the world - average maximum temperatues in January are 16 °C, rising to 32 °C in August.

Alicante airport is approx 1 hour away - it is a very easy drive, most of which is toll motorway (it is a quiet road). There are many flights from lots of UK airports with airlines such as Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch, Flybe, Jet2, and BMI Baby.
Valencia airport is approx 1 hour 15 mins - again, most of the journey is toll motorway. There are less flights here, only Ryanair and Easyjet fly to Valencia direct from UK. www.skyscanner also have a good round up of flights.
Car hire from both airports is much cheaper than car hire in the UK - try www.carjet.com or www.doyouspain.com - they are both brokers, but seem to be cheaper than going direct to car hire companies.

Villa Cap Marti is rented out all year, and has a Saturday changeover during peak season. Outside of peak season there is flexibilty with the changeover day.
