Home description

Casa Suenos is a beautiful 4 bedroomed villa set on two levels with fantastic, unspoilt views. Despite its peaceful location our villa is ideally located in between the beautful sandy Arenal beach and port, with its bars and restaurants, which is 5 minutes away and only a 10 minute drive to Moriara.

Backing on to a National Park, the villa is set up on 2 levels ideal for 2 families, 4 couples or a family travelling with grandparents or teenagers due to the accommodation's living arrangement.

Ideal for that special holiday, this villa is full of character and has spectacular unspoilt views. The villa has a traditional Spanish feel to it with arched wooden beamed ceilings and original terracotta tiled floors. There is a covered terrace or 'Naya', in summer this provides a shady haven whilst overlooking the pool. The Villa is south facing and with its many terraces you have the sun all day long. For those lazy days, there is an summer kitchen with built-in BBQ overlooking the pool area.

On the main level you enter the house through the kitchen where you will find the master bedroom with bath/shower en-suite, plus air/heat conditioning and a wall safe. Also on this level is a twin room with two single beds, a ceiling fan, and a shower/ wc room .

In the lounge you will find a log fire, air/heat conditioning, seating for 6, cable tv with English channels bbc 1 and 2 ITV 1 four and five sky sports 1, 2 and 3 , sky movies cartoonnwt wark ect there is also a DVD and CD player, and a playstation with a few games,there is also a separate dining area for 6 where you will find a balcony with stunning views to watch the sunset over the Montego Mountain.

Downstairs, the apartment with its own entrance at pool level ,has 1 double bedroom with air/heat conditioning unit, with fitted wardrobes with a fitted wall safe , a second bedroom with 2 single beds a cieling fan, kitchen with all appliances such as a fridge/freezer, microwave oven and hob, a shower/wc, washing machine,, dining area and lounge with cable tv which is independant from the tv upstairs which enables you to watch all english channels. The apartment sleeps 4 people, ensuring flexible accommodation options.

Villa Suenos is perfect for two families or those with older children or grandparents. The villa is completely secure and is not over looked.There is off road parking for 2 cars and the villa has a full alarm system.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Javea has long been called Amanecer de Espana, Dawn of Spain, because it occupies a far point of land looking eastward over the Mediterranean Sea. The rising sun’s path catches the three headlands. One day San Antonio, another day San Martin, or Cabo de la Nao sees the first golden rays. But every day the sun rises over the blue sea, enriching the life of the old Spanish fishing community.

Halfway between Alicante and Valencia airports, less than an hour from each via a modern Autopista, but far enough away to never see an aeroplane. Centrally placed to reach the cities of Madrid or Barcelona, to travel down to the Costa del Sol or just travel 10 minutes inland into the hills that surround Javea.


Javea / Cansalades area

Javea is no longer a hidden paradise. Clubs, restaurants, the Parador, the Javea Golf Course, and our proud Club Nautico do all they can to make us known; as does the annual Tourist Feria. The shooting range on La Plana, riding stables, tennis courts, cricket pitch, bowling clubs, undersea diving facilities – exist for the pleasure and profit of all. Many local clubs exist and walking in the area is a favourite past-time.
The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is best known for its unspoiled beauty and excellent 'Blue Flag' Beaches. Javea itself is split into three main areas. The 'Arenal' offers beautiful Sandy Beaches, a promenade of Shops, Bars and Restaurants with a small Fair for children in the Summer Months with rides, trampolining and go-karts. The 'Port' is a traditional Fishing Port with a large Marina, intimate Cobbled Streets, a brightly lit Promenade of Restaurants and Bars and clean Pebbled Beaches. The Historic Town has white house fronts and Cobbled Streets, it is a typical Spanish Town, relatively unspoilt with a quiet and relaxing ambience and offers an array of Shops and traditional 'Tapas Bars'. The spectacular Fiestas in Javea begin in June and continue throughout the Summer Months.
Of course there are tourists, but unlike most of the resorts on the Costas of Spain, the vacationers here prefer to rent a villa with a private pool, or an apartment with a communal pool. There are very few hotels in Javea, and those that are here do not cater for package holidays.


Nearby Golf Courses: The Villa is ideally situated for those Guests who enjoy a relaxing round of Golf. Javea itself has its own Club de Golf Javea with 9 Holes which isl ess than a 5 minute drive , and there is also Club de Golf Ifach, Moraira again with 9 Holes. Fifteen minutes drive from the villa is the Club de Golf La Sella in Denia with 18 Holes and at around twentyfive minutes drive is the famous Seve Ballesteros designed Club de Golf Oliva again with 18 Holes. Javea is a bustling Town with about 320 Days of gorgeous sunshine a year. The World Health Organization W.H.O. has named Javea as a Town with its own micro-biological climate. One of the healthiest climates on Earth.
Six minutes drive away is the lively Arenal area with its large sandy beach, cafes,restaurants and shops. All beaches in the area are patrolled by life guards and are blue flag graded.

Javea is situated between two airports Alicante and Valencia.
Both airports are well serviced by budget airlines bmi, jet2, and easyjet.

The drive from both airports is approx 1 hour.
Car hire is recomended as the best,ecconomical means of travel to our villa, we can recommend car hire companys. The drive from both airports is straight forward (we will give you full instructions to get the villa when booking).
At Denia you can get the ferry to Ibiza/ Majorca.

The villa is generously equipped with all necessary appliances including travel cot ,high chair,steam sterilser and baby monitor.

We have children ourselves and understand the importance of keeping them happy - we have games, DVD's and also a playstation with a couple of games. The highchair and travel cot with bedding are at no extra charge.

Out side you will find a beautiful private pool.it has roman steps at the shallow end and also added this year under water lghting so you can take late night dips.

There are sunloungers and a parasol on the pool terrace which is very private and has its own outside shower.

Theres is a superb outside summer kitchen with fridge and BBQ over looking the pool .

A 20% deposit will be required on reservation and the rest payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival. We will also require a £100.00 returnable damage deposit to be paid with the final payment and will be returned by cheque within a week of your departure.

Please note the villa will be available from 230 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated at 10am on the day of departure.
The villa is cleaned on your arrival, including bed linen and towels.If you require a mid week clean it can be arranged and is charged at an extra cost localy to our cleaner There is also a regular gardener and pool maintenance service to ensure that everything is kept to a high standard.
