About the home

Perfect for a family wanting to get away from the crowds yet close enough to all facilities. Possible to walk to the village at just 1.4kms. It is a great house for kids as the lawned garden is fully fenced making it a great area to play safely. Parents will be able to relax knowing the kids are safe and will get great pleasure from the beautiful garden.

Jávea is a great location for a villa holiday as you can chill out in the privacy of your own villa or join in with all the fun at the beach area. Just half an hour by car are many attractions, Aqualandia water park, Terra Mítica theme park, Benidorm Palace cabaret plus lots more.

Beautifully furnished, the villa is well equipped with modern conveniences including overhead fans in the bedrooms and lounge, wireless internet connection, and TV with a lot of English language programmes. Double doors open out from the lounge to the covered terrace adding to the feeling of space.

The well equipped kitchen is large and furnished with table and chairs for quick snacks. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, 4 burner hob and oven.

The master bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms have twin beds, all have overhead fans. The master suite has its own bathroom with a full bath and shower over the bath. The other two bedrooms form a suite sharing a family bathroom, also with a full bath and shower over the bath.

The private swimming pool is surrounded by a lawn and terrace. There are sun loungers for all guests. The beautiful garden has a lawn, lots of Mediterranean trees and shrubs and a fabulous palm tree offering shade. There is a covered terrace, overlooking the pool and garden, furnished with table and chairs and a sofa for relaxing. Here you can enjoy the shade while watching your friends and family in the pool and garden.

The whole property is fenced, hedged and gated for added privacy.
Javea Old Town is a brisk 15 minute walk (or a 20 minute stroll) away.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Northern Costa Blanca has long been a popular holiday destination for Spaniards and foreigners alike. The area is still famous for its Valencia oranges that are exported all over the world. There are numerous attractions such as Terra Mítica, the theme park in Benidorm, just half hours drive from Jávea. Benidorm Palace a world class cabaret show. The city of Valencia has many monuments well worth a visit and is also a great place to go shopping. And not too far away is Buñol where the world famous 'Tomatina' fiesta is celebrated each year on the last Wednesday of August. It is also possible to visit Barcelona by train in a day!

The Javea area

Jávea has long been the destination of choice for discerning visitors who are not interested in mass-market resorts. Holidays in the area centre around the family, and visitors to the area spend hours at their private villa enjoying the privacy and their own company. For those seeking more, the Arenal beach area and the Aduanas Port areas both offer numerous bars and restaurants. There is the sandy Arenal beach, and numerous rocky coves including the beautiful Granadella beach. Boats and pedaloes are available for hire at the Arenal beach. Each year Jávea celebrates several fiestas. Ones not to be missed are San Juan, June 18th to 24th, being the main fiesta of the 'old town'. The last night boasts a terrific firework display and the burning of a 'falla'. During July there is the colourful Moors and Christians festival and 1st to 8th September is the Virgen de Loreto, port fiestas. Not to be missed is the last night, 8th September, the firework display over the fishing port is spectacular.
