Situated just 1Km from the Arenal beach at Jávea makes this the ideal villa for a holiday that is not too far away from all the amenities, perfect if travelling with teenagers. Spend your days chilling out by the pool or explore the many inland mountain villages. he villa is available for holiday rentals in Javea throughout the year.

Because of its proximity to the pool this apartment is not suitable for unaccompanied young children, but is perfect for responsible teenagers who would like to enjoy a bit of independence.

Villa Alfa in Javea is a four bedroom villa situated just a 3 minute drive from Javea's Arenal beach.

The main living area of Villa Alfa is all on one level, with the spacious lounge and dining area, kitchen, family bathroom, twin bedded room and one master suite all on this level. Upstairs is the second master suite. All bedrooms have air conditioning included in rental 8pm to 10am 03/07/13-31/08/13 (full price bookings only. Available as an extra at all other times - please enquire). The self-contained apartment is on the same level as the swimming pool, and has its own independent access.

This apartment comprises a kitchenette (no oven or hob, just a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle), a comfortable sitting area, a twin bedded room with en suite shower room.

Villa Alfa has a large private swimming pool with a paved surround. Hedges all around the property ensure privacy. Lawns provide plenty of room for children to play. The L-shaped terrace offers lovely views towards the Arenal beach area, the sea and to Cabo San Antonio in the distance.

Doors lead out from the lounge to the large covered terrace. This is furnished with table and chairs, and also comfortable cane furniture where you can sit and relax in the shade. A gas barbecue on the terrace makes this the perfect spot for al fresco meals. Steps lead down from the terrace to the private pool area. The private swimming pool with steps in to the shallow end, is surrounded by a paved terrace and lawn area. There are sun loungers for everyone, and a table with chairs and a parasol.

Villa Alfa has a covered, gated, car port for two vehicles and the whole property is fenced, gated and hedged for added privacy. The front entrance gate is remotely operated from within the villa.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Northern Costa Blanca has long been a popular holiday destination for Spaniards and foreigners alike. The area is still famous for its Valencia oranges that are exported all over the world. There are numerous attractions such as Terra Mítica, the theme park in Benidorm, just half hours drive from Jávea. Benidorm Palace a world class cabaret show. The city of Valencia has many monuments well worth a visit and is also a great place to go shopping. And not too far away is Buñol where the world famous 'Tomatina' fiesta is celebrated each year on the last Wednesday of August. It is also possible to visit Barcelona by train in a day!

The Javea / Adsubia area

Jávea has long been the destination of choice for discerning visitors who are not interested in mass-market resorts. Holidays in the area centre around the family, and visitors to the area spend hours at their private villa enjoying the privacy and their own company. For those seeking more, the Arenal beach area and the Aduanas Port areas both offer numerous bars and restaurants. There is the sandy Arenal beach, and numerous rocky coves including the beautiful Granadella beach. Boats and pedaloes are available for hire at the Arenal beach. Each year Jávea celebrates several fiestas. Ones not to be missed are San Juan, June 18th to 24th, being the main fiesta of the 'old town'. The last night boasts a terrific firework display and the burning of a 'falla'. During July there is the colourful Moors and Christians festival and 1st to 8th September is the Virgen de Loreto, port fiestas. Not to be missed is the last night, 8th September, the firework display over the fishing port is spectacular.
