This charming two bedroom detached villa is situated on the Costa Nova area. Costa Nova is set on Cape la Nau, its amidst pine trees and has a beautiful setting. Villa Rosa is set in large private grounds with its own swimming pool and large patio area. It is 5 minutes drive to the beautiful beach of Granadella and 10 minutes drive to the Arenal beach. There is a small convenience store and restaurant within a few minutes walk. An open plan lounge/diner with log fire leads to a fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, large bathroom with bath and shower. This villa is ideal for couples or small family holidays.

Javea is one of the finest resorts on the Costa Blanca coast. Located midway between Alicante and Valencia. There is plenty to see and do in this area with many coves and beaches to explore as well as waterfalls and picturesque spanish villages.
Javea / Costa Nova area
Javea is a beautiful area for a special holiday, it is made up of three main areas. The Old Town is typically Spanish, where you can wander the winding narrow streets and small plazas which show off the golden colour of Tosca stone. The Port is one of the main tourist centres of Javea with a marina, fresh fish market and fisherman's church. The Port has character and charm with its promenade and pebble beach, which is lovely to sit and sample the local wines while watching the fisherman bringing in their daily catch. It is a bustling shopping area, with many bars and restaurants as well as hotels. The Arenal this is where you will find the blue flag sandy beach with pedal boats, beach volley ball etc. The promenade has an array of boutiques, bars & restaurants to suit all tastes. During the summer months you will find various craft stalls line the promenade in the evening. Everything you normally associate with a busy holiday location.

Fly to either Alicante or Valencia Airport, cheap flights from the UK with easyjet, ryanair or bmibaby. Javea is an easy route along the motorway, approx 1hr15mins. Excellent car hire service with www.centauro.net

Further details indoors: This is a very private charming villa consisting of a lounge/dining room with comfy sofa and armchairs. There is a dining room table seating six. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/grill and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The bathroom consisting of a bath and shower. The main bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, the second bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. All the window are fitted with mosquito nets. There are floor standing fans available.
Further details outdoors: The large private grounds are within tall green brushes and there is a driveway within secure gates. The naya is open with a awning available for shade. There is a large non slip patio around the pool area, plenty of room for sunbathing. The swimming pool measures 10m x 5m. There are sun lounges and plenty of patio furniture available.
There is a small convenience store, bar/restaurant and tennis courts within a few minutes walk. There are more bar/restaurants approx. 5 minutes drive. There are several delightful beaches and coves ideal for snorkelling and scuba diving all within a short drive which surround the light house of Cape la Nau which is approx. 5 minutes drive. The Arenal and main part of Javea is just 10 minutes drive.
Conditions
£200.00 booking deposit is required at time of booking, this is non refundable if the booking is cancelled. The £200.00 booking deposit will also cover the refundable damage deposit which will be refunded 5 working days after your departure date subject to the property being left in a good condition. The total cost of the booking will be payable in euros on arrival and collect of keys.
