The busier Arenal is only a little further and the old town is a short drive away. Javea has a famously good climate & offers sandy beaches, stony beaches & many walks with superb views.

There are quality restaurants and many good value places as well. Menu del dia for less than £8 including wine etc. The old port is quieter but if you seek a night life the Arenal area is lined with stalls and many bars with music and fun. We offer a meet & greet facility.

Previous clients have commented on how comfortable the flat is especially the beds.
There is an occasional fifth bed more suitable for a child, there is an additional charge of £30 for this facility.
There is a small dining area in the kitchen and a large dining area in the main room.

There are two attractive pools with safe shallow areas for children on the complex with beautifully maintained grounds.
The balcony gets the afternoon sun and faces Montgo the local mountain.
There are 3 supermarkets within a few minutes walk.
Iceland Overseas supermarket is behind the block with fresh bread cooked on site daily and familiar convenience food etc should you want it.
The apartment is strictly non-smoking and we cannot accomodate pets.
We have a local agent for meet and greet who can also give up to date travel information and possibly airport transfers.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
There are many colourful fiestas usually involving processions and fireworks.
Jalon/Xalo is the centre of the wine growing area and has bodegas where you can choose a bargain. It also has a large Saturday morning rastro(Flea market).
You can bird watch on the Pego marshes, along the local river bed, or on the Montgo Nature reserve, or a 1/2 hr drive takes you to some stunning scenery & gentle or challenging walks in the mountains. (walk guide books in the apartment)
Valencia is a fast developing city with some stunning modern architecture. Alicante is more traditional but can be accessed by charming small railway from Gata..
The Javea / Avenida de Augusta area
Javea is a delightful seaside location with the historic old town and port areas as well as the Arenal with its safe sandy beachy bars and lively night time atmosphere
Out of season Javea is a delight -still places to go but quiet and you can enjoy good weather and a gentler pace of life.
Locally Caps Antonio & Prim or Montgo itself provide superb walks, views & nature.
Jet-skiing, go-karting and horse riding are all available locally.

Conveniently placed halfway between Valencia and Alicante you can choose the best value flights. Cars are cheap to hire, Javeacars are reliable and convenient.
The journey is possible using Alsa coaches ( check times etc with their website). The apartment is nearer the port area but not far from the Arenal.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Javea, staying at La Senia. The apartment is very spacious, and as a family of four, we had more than enough room. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, as was the garden and pool area. We were given brilliant directions, and the "meet and greet" service was good.
It was very relaxing around the pool - no need to get up early to bag a sunbed here!! There was enough space on the grass area , and the pools were lovely. A lot of the time, the boys had the pool to themselves during Siesta time!
We really liked the port area of Javea, which is a 5 - 10 minute walk away, with some really lovely restaurants. We also loved La Siesta and MosKito for a chilled out, relaxing evening, by the sea. Arenal is a lot busier, with some good restaurants.
We would love to go back again, and would thoroughly recommend La Senia for a relaxing and value for money holiday.

I stayed in the flat with my wife and 5 month old daughter and it was just right! We had a lovely stay and many great trips. Javea is a great little town and their are plenty of places to see within an easy drive.
The flat was perfect, being lovely cool - the underground parking also helped keep the car out of the sunshine. Its an easy walk to the see and the pretty port. The sandy beach area is a little longer to walk but no trouble.
We love cooking and so it was great to have a gas hob and plenty of pots and pans available. Being huge Spanish food fans we bought our food from Mercadona which is a short walk or very short drive away. However having Iceland a very short walk away has handy for milk and bread etc.
This flat suited us perfectly and will definitely be coming back!

A clean, well kept , and spacious flat with easy access to the apartment complex's nice pool area and garden. The complex was very quiet when we visited with few other people around.
Handy for Javea's lovely port area with it's seafront eateries and cafes, also not far from the Arunal for a more lively, beach atmosphere. Recommended for an affordable and quiet week away.
