This modern 3 bedroom luxury apartment is over 2 floors providing plenty of room.
On entry to the apartment there is a large lounge /diner with comfy large L shape sofa Hifi and cable tv (uk channels Double bedroom )Patio doors lead to a large balcony with table and seating for 6 people with views to Local fireld and the Montgo mountain.The kitchen is of good size and is very well equipped with all modern appliences inc d/washer , w/machine,,Orange juicer,microwave etc
On this level there is a bathroom inc shower.
From the lounge there is an internal staircase to lower level which provides 2 bedrooms and 1 large bathroom
First bedroom has a double bed. views are to the Montgo mountain .2nd bedroom has twin beds.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is best known for its unspoiled beauty and excellent 'Blue Flag' Beaches. JAVEA itself is split into three main areas. The 'Arenal' which is within a few minutes walk from the La Isla Complex offers beautiful Sandy Beaches, a promenade of Shops, Bars and Restaurants with a small Fair for the Children in the Summer Months with rides, trampolines and Go-Karts. Javea Port nearby is a traditional Fishing Port with a large Marina, intimate cobbled streets, a brightly lit promenade of Restaurants and Bars and clean pebbled Beaches. The traditional Historic Town has white house fronts and cobbled streets, it is a typical Spanish Town relatively unspoilt with a quiet and relaxing ambience, it has many traditional 'Tapas Bars' and a Weekly Market. The spectacular Fiestas begin in June and continue throughout the Summer Months


Javea / The Arenal area

THE IDEAL LOCATION -
The apartment is within a 2 minute walk to the sandy beach of the Arenal which is ideal for the children as the sand is clean and the sea is shallow. The Arenal has many bars, restaurants to choose from plus local supermarkets, chemist's and shops are all within a short walk. Javea port is 10 to 15 minute walk where there is the La Grava beach with water sports equipment is available for hire. The quaint Javea old town which has art galleries, history museums is a short car journey .All area have many Tapas bars & restaurants to choose from.
There is also a small funfair, go-karts and crazy golf near by to the apartment in summer season,although not near enough to cause disturbance!.

Javea golf club within a 5 minute drive,La sella golf and spa is within a 15 minute drive.

This apartment is situated in a great location, central but quiet. Ideal for everyone!
Further south (about 30 minute drive) are the larger theme parks such as Terramitica, Aqualandia and Mundomar.
At Vergal (20 minutes drive north) there is caves to explore plus a Safari Park.
