There is an excellent supermarket and Barclays bank which both can be reached within a short drive.
The small more private beaches of Granadella and Barraca are within easy reach by car. The main sandy beaches and amenities of Arunal provide fun and activity for all the family with many restaurants, beach bars, night time stalls and shops. The port area of Javea has a special atmosphere with a lovely marina and harbour where you can enjoy watching or buying fresh fish being unloaded from the fishing boats.
The old town of Javea is so typically Spanish with indoor and outdoor traditional markets and a fabulous range of high quality shoe, clothing and cultured shops and boutiques.

The villa is spacious, set secure in lovely gardens. There are outside tables, chairs, sun loungers. The Naya has tables and seating for outside dining. The pool and gardens are maintained to a very high standard. The inside furniture and furnishings are bright and well kept the kitchen is quite new and with modern units, marble worktops.
There is a comprehensive laundry room with washing/Drying room and additional fridge. Secluded clothes drying area. BBQ area. Car Parking behind double secured gates. Evening garden lighting.
Bookings Saturdays to Saturdays - The villa must be vacated by 10am on Saturday to allow for cleaning.
Bookings are not considered confirmed until the deposit of 40% has been paid, the balance is due eight weeks before departure.
Strictly Non-smoking inside the villa.
No Pets unless by special request.
Directions to the villa will be sent to you at least 4 weeks prior to departure.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Javea is a premier resort which lies between Valencia and Alicante with extensive views of the Mediterranean Sea.
This working fishing port boasts fine cuisines, markets and fiesta days together with long long promenade walks also sandy and rocky beaches together with coastal bays.
There is the Montgo National Park to explore. The old town of Javea with narrow streets and shops display colourful balconies places of interest.
The Javea / Costa Nova area
Javea has so many fine features. The climate is claimed to be one of the most healthiest by the World Health Organisation. The town is split into 3 distinct areas being, the Arenal with its beaches, lively restaurants, bars shops and evening stalls.
The Port and Marina area has its own atmosphere where boats are mooring for the night from all different parts of the Mediterranean, the seafood restaurants, the fishing boats all add to the charm of the place.
Finally there is the old town where mostly everything is very Spanish, shops, museums, traditional markets, the narrow streets and of course their festivals are spectacular.

Getting to Javea is easily accessible. From Airport to Villa just over 1hr along the Motorway.
