The villa is 10 minutes drive away from the local golf course and the famous La Sella Golf Course at the Marriott Hotel is another 5-10 minutes further.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Javea has a temporate climate and the temperature does not normally drop below 15 deg during the day even in the coldest months.
There are more recorded hours of sun in Javea in a year than anywhere else in Spain. The world health organisation classes Javea as having a near perfect climate.
The coast is famous for its Almond and Orange blossom. Fields of oranges, lemons and olives line the roads.
Javea / Pinomar area
Javea is divided into three sections.
The Beach area - centred around the Arenal beach this area has restaurants, shops and a pedestrian promenade which in the Summer months also has craft stalls and children's entertainment.
The Old Town - is the traditional Spanish town with narrow cobbled streets and whitewashed houses. It is a busy thriving town and there is a market each Thursday.
There are dozens of restaurants where to pay more than 10 Euro's per head is un-usual.
The Port - a busy Marina and a fish market as well as restaurants and cafes can all be found in the port area. The Arenal beach in Javea 2 minutes by car.
