The modern contemporary villa was built last year to the highest standards offers spacious luxurious accommodation. The open plan living, dining room and kitchen opens up onto the pool area. Two bedrooms are situated downstairs and both have air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. The master suite is upstairs with a large bathroom and walk in wardrobes. A private terrace offers views to the Montgo mountain and valley. A beautiful & peaceful location with your own pool, yet only a 5 minute drive to the beaches, restaurants & shops of Javea. The living room has large flat screen TV with satellite TV and DVD. (English and Spanish TVchannels) Wifi is available. There is air conditioning as well for those hot summer days.
The villa is ideal for groups that cherish the extra space and privacy. All bedrooms have their own en-suite facilities as well as built in wardrobes. All are air conditioned and beds have cotton sheets and good quality mattresses.
Cot and hire chair are available on request.

The landscaped garden is on a large plot of 1500m2. The pool is 12X6m with Roman steps. Please note that the pool is not fenced.There are 6 sun loungers as well as a seated area with couches and dining area. The open views are to the Montgo mountain and to the valley. Lovely mature plants have been planted around the pool area.
If you enjoy cooking outdoors, there is a large outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ, fridge and sin. There is an outside shower and WC which comes in handy. The area is very quiet, private and enjoy stunning views.
There is a large secure parking area for 3 cars. The house does have an alarm system.
Further details
Where any rental period crosses different charging periods then the rental is calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the number of nights in each charging period. Likewise stays of say 10 days are calculated on a pro-rata basis. Changeover is on Saturday.
I personally look after the villa and will meet you on your arrival. Since I lives close by I am able to deal with any problems you may have. The villa will be cleaned and prepared before you arrive. Should you wish to treat yourself, extra cleaning, linen changes and babysitting is also available. I am on hand to meet you as well as deal with any problems should they arise.
There is a local shop and 2 fantastic Spanish restaurants within walking distance.
Villa Jacaranda is another beautiful 3 bedroom villa located 400m away. Wonderful for 2 families who wish to be close but have their own houses. Villa Jacaranda is home number 117439.
Conditions
Strictly no smoking in the house.
Rates include electricity, water, gas and end cleaning.
A 25 % deposit is required to secure your reservation with the balance payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
All linen and towels are included except beach/pool towels.
A refundable damage deposit 300.- Euro or 200.- pounds sterling is payable at check in and will be refunded in exchange for the keys.
Wifi available at additional charge of 20.-E for 1 week or 30.-E for 3 weeks.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Outings: Within only 25 minutes drive there are three theme parks in Benidorm : Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia Water park with super-slides and Mundomar (animal park, dolphins, seals etc.). The new Science & Oceanographic (5000 different fish) parks at Valencia is worth a trip. The terrain of the Montgo and Jalon valleys provide the perfect environment for walking. The waterfalls at the Fonts d'Algar are a 30 minute drive from the villa. The hilltop town of Guadalest a scenic hour away. Ibiza and Majorca are both just a short ferry ride away with crossings leaving Denia harbour daily. During the summer there are many wonderful fiestas to see.
Golf: The La Sella Resort course is a 5 minute drive away. This 27 hole championship golf course offers a well balanced course for all levels of players. Set in the scenic environment of the Montgo Valley, this 18 hole course is lined with almond ,orange and lemon trees. Booking in advance is required. The resort also has a lovely club house and good restaurant. Other courses in the area include the 9 hole course at the Javea Golf Club, which is a 15 minute drive and the 18 hole course at the Club de Golf Oliva Nova 30 minutes away.
The Javea / Montgo area
Javea has something to offer everyone: beaches and coves, cultural and historical sites to visit and wonderful walks. The town is divided into three distinct sections. There is the old town, with its narrow cobbled streets and its monuments of Spanish history and culture. The town has a rich culinary tradition which has been entirely preserved and which can be sampled, in the form of 'Tapas', in most bars of the town. The port area is still a working fishing port and is a delightful place to visit with its mixture of fish markets and seafront bars and cafes. Every year, Jávea´s beaches are awarded the blue flag of the European Union. The bustling 'Arenal' beach offers fine sand and shallow waters, nice play areas for children, restaurants, cafés, shops and ample parking facilities.
