We regard this apartment as our second home and consider that this is reflected in the general quality of furnishings and equipment. The apartment is fully cleaned after each letting and prior to a new letting if appropriate. There is an electrically operated inflatable double bed for extra guests an no extra charge.Please note beach towels are not provided..

Our apartment is situated on the first floor and has a lift. The large balcony has table, chairs and sun loungers facing treelined road.
This apartment has a strict no smoking policy. A deposit of 20% is payable at the time of booking and is non refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Final payment will be required on all bookings made within 6 weeks and a refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required.

The Javea / Arenal area
Javea is a really lovely place. Its varying landscapes - from the sandy coastlines and rocky coves to rugged mountain areas together with extensive tourist facilities still has all the charm and atmosphere of an ancient fishing village. The marina and old town has many cultural interests such as museum, art galleries. festivals and markets and the El Arenal with its magnificiant beach and promenade is bursting with life. There are so many places to see and things to do (for example Benidorm's Terra Mitica theme park is only about 20/5 minutes drive away) or alternatively one can just 'chill out' by the sea or pool.

Just over 1 hour¡¦s drive, either north from Alicante Airport or south from Valencia Airport by taxi or hire car (car hire firm www.rentspain.com or www.carjet.co.uk).
Flights can be booked via the website with Ryan Air/EasyJet and Air Berlin etc to Alicante and Valencia. Fares are extremely competitive and it is recommended that all options are tried in order to get the best price

I go to Javea twice a year. Found this apartment very central, walking distance to beach, shops, and restaurants. Was met by a pleasant helpful English lady, who showed me the apartment and gave me her mobile in case of any queries.
The apartment is bright and clean, plenty of bedding and a large balcony.
It also has games, books and good selection of English tv channels!
Would definitely recommend this apartment.

This is a fabulous apartment. We enjoyed a wonderful week here with our two young children (age 4 and 2) and didn't want to come home!

We are staying at this apartment again this year and it will be our fourth visit. The apartment is in a very good location being close to Arenal beach and various bars and restaurants. There is also an English supermarket just around the corner from the apartment. The apartment is very clean and tidy and has plenty of room. The Golden Beach complex has a large pool and also a small pool for children. The apartment is ideal for families and we would definitely recommend it.
