Home description

The apartment is a top second floor, with lift, with 2 large private sun terraces, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1bathroom upstairs. Downstairs: entrance hall with bookshelf, modern fully equipped kitchen, cloakroom with washing machine and cabinet, Dining room, writing desk corner , sitting room with TV satellite. There is also a smaller covered terrace where tbreakfast can be enjoyed at sunrise.
All furniture has been selected with care and the apartment is tastefully decorated.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

From Valencia, it takes just an hour to drive to Javea, or vice versa. The climate in Costa Blanca is one of the best in Spain. It' nice and warm, never too hot because it is close to the sea. Valencia is a very cosmopolitan, beautiful city and a must visit is the City of Science: one of the most impressive in the world.

Moreover, 2007 is the year of 2 major sea events :COPA LOUIS VOUITTON (3rd April to 12 June)and AMERICA's CUP ( 23 June to 4 th July), which will take place in Valencia's Port . Just one hours' drive from Javea.


Javea / El Montanar area

Javea is one of the most attractive towns on the Mediterranean Coast. The old village has an ancient influence of the arab merchants in their voyages to the Mediterranean Ports. Its narrow streets with charming boutiques, cafés and local markets will capture the interest of any visitor. If you prefer to spend the day at sea, there are excursions you can choose from, to go to nearby resorts. You have the facilities of a big city without the disadvantages. There are plenty of shops where you can even buy books and newspapers in English and many other languages.


How to get there

There are cheap , regular flights from UK to Alicante or Valencia. Javea is about 90 km from both cities. The best is to hire a taxi or rent a car to get to Javea.
The apartment is about 20 minutes walk from the Javea Port and 10 minutes walk to the Arenal Beach.

The place is really quiet even in full summer. The large sun terrace with garden furniture, on top floor, is most appreciated as is the short distance to the beach and the supermarket, restaurants, town shops and the tennis club.

The surrounding area is a residential, clean and agreable place to walk about. You can walk to the rocky seaside across the road. Restaurants of different types of food and cafes are also a short distance away ( from 5' )It's an ideal place to spend a relax holiday.

The swimming pool has a covered area for shade, and the pool is attended and cleaned every day. The garden around the pool has grown palm trees to protect from the sun shine.
