The climate in Costa Blanca is one of the best in Spain. It' nice and warm, never too hot because it is close to the sea. Valencia is a very cosmopolitan, beautiful city and a must visit is the City of Science: one of the most impressive in the world. Javea / El Montanar areaJavea is one of the most attractive towns on the Mediterranean Coast. The old village has an ancient influence of the arab merchants in their voyages to the Mediterranean Ports. Its narrow streets with charming boutiques, cafés and local markets will capture the interest of any visitor. If you prefer to spend the day at sea, there are excursions you can choose from, to go to nearby resorts. You have the facilities of a big city without the disadvantages. There are plenty of shops where you can even buy books and newspapers in English and many other languages. How to get there![]() ![]() There are cheap , regular flights from UK to Alicante or Valencia. Javea is about 90 km from both cities. The best is to hire a taxi or rent a car to get to Javea.
