This is a luxury villa in all respects. Equipped with air conditioning and central heating for year round comfort, it has an elegant lounge/diner and three bedrooms, all with en suite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, dish washer, hob, oven and microwave. The garden is very attractive and private with a kidney shaped pool and a gas-barbeque. Parking is private within the grounds and protected by iron gates and an internal security system.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is undoubtedly one of Spain’s most attractive regions with such coastal towns of Moraira, Calpe, Javea and Altea offering seaside fun for the younger families or, for those wanting a more relaxing time, there are places of interest to visit and places to eat and drink at the pace of an elderly snail. A number of golf courses and tennis courts are also nearby. The climate here is superb and also rated very highly by The World Heath Organisation. This country produces spectacular landscapes with rolling valleys and mountains almost wherever you go and the evening sunsets, particularly in the winter, can be absolutely stunning.
Javea / Pinosol area
Javea is a larger town than Moraira consisting of basically three parts. The “Arenal”, a long sandy beach with an easy strolling promenade of cafes and restaurants, is very pleasant at any time of the year.
The “Port” end with its Marina of fishing and pleasure boats, is also popular. Then there is the main town that is set back a bit and includes an interesting church and indoor market for the strollers. The whole bay, seen as you take the coastal route to Denia, is quite something. They are celebrating the religious holidays and Moors and Christians fiestas that offer the visitors breathtaking street parades.
