Just a one hour drive north of Alicante airport, this area is the most spectacular and mountainous part of the Costa Blanca. Cumbre del Sol is perched on a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean sea, midway between the beach resorts of Javea and Moraira.
The house has a large through lounge, dining area and kitchen downstairs plus two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans.There is plenty of storage space for clothes.The sun terrace is ideal for morning breakfast. We look forward to sharing our house with you.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Cumbre del Sol is perched on a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean sea, midway between the beach resorts of Javea and Moraira. Luxurious Villas hug the coastline, covered in cerise, red and purple bougainvillea. The whole area is famous for fruit growing including oranges, lemons, cherries, peaches, as well as olives and almonds. The area receives much more than its fair share of sunshine with 6 hours a day in January rising to 11 in July/August. Temperatures range from an average daily maximum of 16 degrees Centigrade in January up to 32 degrees in August ( 61 - 90 degrees Farenheit ). There is nearly always a cooling sea breeze at Cumbre del Sol in the summer months. The climate here has been voted the best in Europe by the World Health Organisation.
Javea area
Javea-a ten minute drive-has one of the best sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca. There are many bars and restaurants along the promenade to suit all tastes, many of which are lively in the evening. Javea golf course is just a ten minute drive. The Safari park, Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia water park are all within a 30 minute drive as are Benidorm, Denia and Calpe. There is lots to see and do in the area including mountain drives , diving, snorkeling, windsurfing, cave visits plus Alicante and Valencia are both within easy driving distance.
How to get there
Easyjet, Ryan Air, Monarch, Thomsonfly plus others provide flights to Alicante (one hours' drive) or Valencia (one hour 20 minutes drive). There are many car hire companies offering cheap, good value car rental. We would be only to pleased to help you with car hire.

Further details outdoors: We have two terraces. One gets the morning sun and is ideal for breakfast. The second is always shaded from the sun. A small bacony overlooks the lake style swimming pool.

The swimming pool has two life guards from 1st June through to the 30th September. Pool bar/cafe serves very reasonably priced drinks and snacks.
