Welcome to Los Lagos, a 1 bed apartment with modern kitchen, shower room, lounge (with sofabed) and dining area. The apartment is well equipped - including separate fridge and freezer,washing machine, microwave, CD and DVD players, satellite TV, air-con, heating and a log fire.
The apartment has a south facing terrace, with a balcony overlooking the wonderful swimming pool and lake. Mature landscaped gardens surround the development, which is set within a pine forest at the base of the stunning Montgo mountain. The apartment is ideal for either the summer or winter. During the summer months cool off in the wonderful pool and enjoy the fresh breeze off the mountain. Air conditioning is available in the apartment should you need it. During winter enjoy the mild temperatures that this area of Spain offers during the day, and then ward off the slightly chillier evenings with the use of the real fire, or the heating system if you prefer.
Within walking distance of the apartment is the village of Jesus Pobre, while within a short drive are the towns of Javea, Denia and Moraira, offering beaches, restaurants, nightlife and more!

With a climate rarely below 16 degrees during the winter, and cool sea breezes during the summer the Costa Blanca has year round appeal.
From Valencia in the north to Alicante further south, the Costa Blanca region has dozens of places of interest from exploring historic castles to mountain walking, or simply taking it easy and enjoying the beautiful surroundings and breath-taking scenery.
Javea / Jesus Pobre area
Los Lagos is within walking distance of the quaint Spanish village of Jesus Pobre. Within a 10 minute drive are the towns of Javea, Denia and Moraira, offering miles of sandy beaches; restaurants catering to every taste and budget; shopping and nightlife.
Other sporting and leisure facilities to be found locally include walking, cycling, fishing, watersports, sailing, go-karting, tennis and golf - La Sella Golf Resort being within walking distance of the apartment.
Within a 30 min drive is Terra Mitica Adventure Theme Park; Aqualandia Water Park and El Vergel Safari Park. Local towns and villages hold fiestas throughout the year and should not be missed if your holiday coincides! - Please contact owner for more information.

Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit required on arrival.
Customers making a booking pay a deposit of 25% in order to confirm a booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. For bookings within 8 weeks of arrival date, payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Linen and bathroom towels provided. Please supply own swimming towels.
