This stunning villa, set in the prestigious La Guardia Park, has a superb location with several restaurants, supermarkets and tennis courts a few minutes walk away and the sandy Arenal beach, port and town just 5 minutes by car. Although it is a perfect villa for families with no disabilities it has the added advantage of being suitable for the older or infirm members of the family who are unsteady on their feet or who have difficulty in getting around and has been carefully designed and equipped to the highest standard to meet the needs of wheelchair guests who wish to holiday with complete freedom. The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is a haven of peace and tranquillity from the summer hustle and bustle, yet within easy reach of all the holiday facilities that Javea has to offer.

The grounds of the villa are totally enclosed and has substantial planting all the way round with a range of colourful Mediterranean flowering shrubs as well as a number of individual specimen plants and trees. With around 320 days of sun throughout the year the villa has been positioned to ensure maximum dawn to dusk sun on the pool and terrace and provides an ideal environment for complete rest and relaxation.

Flights to Alicante and Valencia will give you approx an hours drive to reach this holiday villa. Directions will be given when you book.

There are many flights to both airports from all British airports and many budget airlines offering cheap flights.
You can drive and further details of routes and over night stays through France etc can be obtained from the owner on request.

Car Hire is essential to get the best out of you holiday here. There are many car hire companies in the airports however I would recommend you look at www.doyouspain.com for some great deals.

The villa is totally suitable for wheelchair users and has a roll in shower. The master bedroom and en suite is designed with the wheelchair user in mind. The bed can be raised to a height that suits the users needs.

The gardens are well stocked with flowers, bushes and palms and recently fruit trees have been added.
The terrace is large and has a covered area with settee and chairs.

A bond of £200 is taken for all bookings which is to cover breakages. damage and any excess cleaning that may be required. This is returned when you arrive home, when the villa has been inspected.
