Set in the beautiful Jalon Valley, Casa Rosa has a slightly elevated position giving wonderful views of both valley and mountains, within 5 minutes walk of the village of Alcalali, and with the largest pool available at this type of villa. The villa is beautifully furnished and well appointed, with both air-conditioning, independently controlled for each room, and for winter stays there is full central heating.
All living accommnodation and pool are on one level, access to the villa is from a private and secure driveway offering parking for two cars.
At Casa Rosa we aim to provide you with all the comforts and conveniences of home together with the freedom and ease of a Spanish villa holiday.
Attention has been paid to the smallest detail incuding an extensive library of videos, DVDs and CDs for your use as well as a hairdryer to each of the three bedrooms. Our English speaking Manager is available at all times to answer any questions you may have and so ensure you have a wonderful holiday.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Jalon Valley provides a picturesque sanctuary away from the hussle and bussle of the tourist sites. With warm sunny days, balmy nights and historic villages, yet within easy reach of beaches and 45mins away from Benidorm with its spectacular attractions such as Terra Mitica (Spains Disneyworld), and the Mundomar Seaworld centre.
Valencia is a wonderful daytrip. With its sectacular architecture, the amazing Oceanogrphic, the largest sea-life centre in Europe, the Americas Cup Marina, it´s own Formula One Grand Prix and much, much more.
Jalon / Alcalali area
Alcalali is set is a valley of four villages, and throughout the summer fiestas are held in each villages.
In Alcalali itself there is a small bullring (Plaza de Torros) and each Saturday night in the summer you can visit, have a meal and afterward enjoy an equestrian show. This area is proud of its equestrian history and you will often see riders on horseback or horse and carts out and about.
Within walking distance of the villa are some 7 excellent restaurants with menus to suite all tastes and pockets. The village centre itself has three bar/restaurants offering excellent food and good prices
The villa has an information book which gives details of restaurants, contact numbers for reservations and coments of previous clients.
This is a wine producing area, and in Jalon you can visit the Bodega, where the grapes are pressed and the award winning wine produced. Sample the local produce, and maybe take some home with you.
How to get there
Casa Rosa is set in the Jalon Valley, with excellent access view motorway from both Alicante and Valencia Airports. Both airports are well serviced from most UK national and regional airports and a varied selection of low-cost airlines cover the routes eg Easyjet, Ryanair, BMI Baby, Monarch, and Thomson.
Car hire is recommended and again all major car hire companies, eg Europcar, Hertz, Dollar etc are based at both Alicante and Valencia Airports. From either airport to the villa is approximately a 1.5hr drive.
On booking a detailed route is provided giving precise directions to the property from your airport of choice.
In the case of self-drive holidays directions are provided to meet your specific requirements.

Changeover day is Saturday (unless by special arrangement)
Guests are asked to vacate the villa by 10am on the day of departure, however we are aware that flight times vary and we will always try to accommodate those whose flights depart later in the day.
Access to the villa on the day of arrival is normally after 3pm
We will always try to meet any requirements of clients and in turn request that clients complete our evalucation form provided at the end of their stay. If you have any special requests during your stay please ask our onsite Manager for help.
Conditions
For those wanting a winter getaway the villa is available for periods of 1 month or more by special arrangments
A booking is confirmed when the completed booking form and deposit are received.
Balance of payment is due no later than 6 weeks prior to the date of departure.
