The Jalon valley is located just inland from Calpe and is untouched by coastal tourism, it is very peaceful and offers a more traditional Spanish experience. An idyllic countryside setting, lined with citrus groves and vineyards. A wide range of activities can be found in the area, including horse riding,cycling,walking,and hiking.Casa mistol is situated within 5000sq mtrs(1.25 ACRES) of private grounds in a very exclusive area


Set amongst almond and olive trees. Landscaped gardens surround the villa and private swimming pool. Magnificent mountain views in all directions.The villa is luxurious and very spacious. Beamed wooden ceiling to the lounge which covers some 55sq mtrs which is a beautiful focal point to our villa,complete with log burner fire. Tastefully decorated and furnished to the highest standards throughout. Large patio doors lead from the living room to the outside covered naya where you can enjoy alfresco dining.

Locally you will find many attractions including Cycling, Walking, Paragliding, Horse riding and some of the best scenic mountain drives in this majestic area. Further afield a 30 min drive you will find the well known theme parks of Aqualandia water park and Wild Life Centres,Terra Mitica and Terra Natura. Benidorm Palace offers a cabaret show with meal.

Villa Mistol is large and luxurious. Beamed wooden ceilings to the lounge with a glorious log burner. Patio doors lead to the outside covered naya where you can enjoy alfresco dining during the long balmy nights.

The villa is very spacious with quality soft furnishings and bed linen. Heating is provided by central heating and a log burner fire, during the winter it is warm and cosy. Fans and window blinds keep the villa cool in summer. We have 2 entrance doors to the villa. So if two families wanted to share they have separate areas if required. The villa is all on one level and is suitable for all ages. Ample parking area.

Further details outdoors:
Our very private Large swimming pool is not overlooked in any direction, it is 10mtr x 5mtr with Roman steeps leading to the shallow end of the pool, the deep end is suitable for diving. The pool is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens. You will also find by the pool a bbq house which has a fridge and a wash basin and a large food preparation area. Sun loungers and outside garden furniture can be found around the pool.
The large covered naya area by the villa is superb for eating alfreso. We have a olive tree over 100 yrs old that you can sit under in the shade and relax. Other large trees can be found throughout the grounds.

Conditions

Deposit 40% to secure the booking,balance due 10 weeks before arrival date along with a 350GBP refundable breakage deposit.

Deposit returned 7-10 days after holiday period.

If the villa is left in excessively bad condition a extra cleaning fee will be charged
